«Ժողովուրդ». Վաղը տեղի կունենա ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստ․ բազմաչարչար օրինագիծը՝ օրակարգում

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․ ««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ վաղը տեղի կունենա Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ նիստ, որի օրակարգում ընդգրկված է նաեւ «Ընդերքի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխությունների վերաբերյալ բազմաչարչար օրինագիծը: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթն իր հուլիսի 10-ի համարում գրել էր, որ օրենքն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունվելուց հետո հարցի քննարկումը հետաձգվել էր: Գրել էինք նաեւ, որ պատճառը եղել է ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ ենթակառուցվածքների փոխնախարար Լիլյա Շուշանյանի եւ ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մերի Գալստյանի միջեւ անհամաձայնությունը: Եվ, ահա, մեր տեղեկություններով՝ երկար, բուռն քննարկումներից հետո, ի վերջո, հաջողվել է այդ նախագծում փոփոխություններ անել եւ դնել երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քվեարկության։

Ավելին, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ Ազգային ժողովի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունն ուրբաթ օրը նիստ է անցկացրել, որին մասնակցել է նաեւ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանը: Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ նիստի ընթացքում քննարկման թեմա էին դարձել հենց «Ընդերքի մասին» օրենքի հետ կապված խնդիրները:

Արարատ Միրզոյանը դժգոհել է, որ միջանձնային հարաբերությունները կարող են դառնալ այնպիսի իրավիճակի պատճառ, երբ անգամ նախագծեր են հեռացվում օրակարգից: Հիշեցնենք, որ ի թիվս այլ փոփոխությունների՝ օրենքով ընդերքօգտագործման իրավունքը կտրվի ոչ թե 50 տարով, ինչպես գործող օրենքով է, այլ 25 տարով»:
