Մամեդյարովի դաժան «վրեժը». ով է «տապակվելու» Բաքվում

Իլհամ Ալիեւը հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին լարվածության առնչությամբ անցկացրել է անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ, որում խոսել է այն մասին, թե Հայաստանն անսպասելի հարվածել է իրենց դիրքերին եւ դրա հետեւանքով ունեն զոհեր, սակայն հետ են մղել գրոհը եւ «չեն զիջել ոչ մի սանտիմետր»:

Զուգահեռ, Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մամեդյարովը կատարվածի մասին տեղեկացրել է ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի ներկայացուցիչ Կասպշիկին: Ալիեւը հայտարարել է նաեւ, թե երբ ունենան հնարավորություն, կհրավիրեն արտերկրի զինվորականների եւ ցույց կտան, թե ինչ է եղել եւ ով է սկսել իրականում:

Ալիեւի ելույթի գոնե հրապարակային մասը հուշում է, որ նա չի պատրաստվում հետագա լարումն ավելացնելուն, ինչի համար էլ հայտարարում է, որ չկա ոչ մի սանտիմետրի կորուստ: Այսինքն, չկա որեւէ բան «հետ բերելու» այսպես ասած պարտավորություն: Մյուս կողմից դա ամենեւին չի բացառում, որ Ալիեւը դնի ռազմավարական դիրքի կորուստը հետ բերելու խնդիր, ամեն գնով, այլապես դնելով պաշտպանության նախարարի կամ սահմանապահ ծառայության ղեկավարի պաշտոնանկության հարց: Ի դեպ հատկանշական է, որ առայժմ գոնե չի լսվում Հասանովի ձայնը:

Փոխարենը հրապարակ է գալիս Մամեդյարովը, որի ձայնը չէր լսվում մոտ մեկ շաբաթ, այն բանից հետո, երբ Ադրբեջանի պետական անվտանգության ծառայությունը հակակոռուպցիոն հատուկ գործողություն իրականացրեց ԱԳՆ-ում, ձերբակալելով մի շարք պաշտոնյաների, այդ թվում Մամեդյարովի ընկերոջն ու զինակցին: Հուլիսի 10-ին Մամեդյարովը չէր մեկնաբանել իր հրաժարականի մասին լուրերը:

Հուլիսի 13-ին իրավիճակը Բաքվում արդեն արմատապես այլ է եւ խոսք կարող է լինել Հասանովի պաշտոնանկության մասին, թերեւս բանն Ալիեւի պաշտոնանկության չհասցնելու համար: Ադրբեջանական սահմանային սադրանքը, որի հետեւանքով հակառակորդը, ստանալով պատժիչ հակահարված, կորցրել է ռազմավարական գերնշանակության դիրքեր, փաստացի ստացվեց Մամեդյարովի «դաժան վրեժը» նրանց հանդեպ, ովքեր հայկական դիրքերի անհաջող գրոհից առաջ հաջող գրոհ էին իրականացրել ԱԳՆ Մամեդյարովի դիրքերի վրա:

Այդ գրոհը սկսվել էր դեռեւս ապրիլի 21-ին Մնացականյան-Մամեդյարով-համանախագահներ հեռավար հանդիպումից հետո: Դրանից առաջ էլ Լավրովը արել էր փուլային տարբերակի մասին հայտնի հայտարարությունը, ինչին անմիջապես հաջորդել էր Երեւանի չափազանց կոշտ մերժումը: Ադրբեջանում դա գնահատել էին որպես Լավրովի «սադրանք», որով նա հրահրել էր Երեւանի կոշտ պատասխան, ինչը սակայն չէր արժանացել համանախագահների դժգոհությանը:

Մնացականյան-Մամեդյարով-համանախագահներ հունիսի 30-ի հեռավար հանդիպումից հետո էլ փաստորեն եղավ հատուկ ծառայության գրոհը Մամեդյարովի դիրքերի ուղղությամբ, ինչը փաստացի այլ բան չէր, քան գրոհ հենց համանախագահների ուղղությամբ: Հետո Ալիեւը արդեն բաց տեքստով էր դժգոհում նրանցից:

Դժգոհության  «խոսքից գործի» անցումը սակայն Ալիեւի մոտ չստացվեց: Ըստ երեւույթին նրանք, ովքեր կարող էին համոզել այդ «անցումը սկսելու» հարցում, կամ բավականին կոշտ ձեւով խաբել են Ալիեւին, կամ ուղղակի տապալվել, ստիպելով նրան «վերադարձնել» Մամեդյարովին խաղ, եռքը կանգնեցնելու համար: Այն եռքը, որի մասին սահմանային լարվածությանն ու ադրբեջանական կորուստներին զուգահեռ գրում էր Լավրովի խոսնակ Զախարովան՝ «պակասում է միայն Պիտերի ֆորումն ու «տապը» Բաքվում»: Ու՞մ է Ալիեւը դուրս բերելու խաղից, Բաքվում «չտապակվելու» համար:

Հայաստանի անելիքը այդ գործում մեկն է՝ չափազանց զգոն եւ ուշադիր բոլոր ուղղություններով, միաժամանակ աշխույժ քաղաքական աշխատանք համանախագահ երկրների, Չինաստանի եւ Իրանի հետ:
