Արսեն Թորոսյանի լավ եւ վատ լուրերը. նոր պատերա՞զմ

Առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը կառավարության նիստում տեղեկություն է հայտնել աշխարհում կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստանյութերի մշակման գործընթացի մասին: Նա ասել է, որ կա մոտ 100 տարբերակ, որից 20-նն են առավել հավանական տարբերակներ: Թորոսյանն ասել է, որ արդեն բանակցում են տարբեր մշակողների հետ: Նա ասել է, որ անձամբ է վարում բանակցությունը, տալով Մոդերնա ընկերության անունը: Այդ ընկերությունն առաջինն էր սկսել փորձարկումները, մարտի 16-ին: Ընկերության հիմնադիրը մեր հայրենակից Նուբար Աֆեյանն է: Արսեն Թորոսյանը նշել է նաեւ, որ բանակցում են այլ պատվաստանյութերի համար էլ, որոնք Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության, Յունիսեֆի պլատֆորմներում են:

Նա նշել է մի հանգամանք, որ կարող են լինել երկրներ, որոնք կգնեն խոշոր խմբաքանակ, եւ այդպիսով այլ երկրների պատվաստանյութը հասնի շատ ավելի ուշ:

Ակնառու է, որ կորոնավիրուսի համավարակը աստիճանաբար մոտենում է պատվաստանյութի «պատերազմի» փուլին, եթե վաղուց արդեն այդ փուլում չէ:

Խոսքն այն մասին է, որ տարբեր երկրներ եւ կազմակերպություններ պատվաստանյութի համար ծախսում են միլիարդավոր դոլարներ: Ըստ այդմ, առկա է այդ դոլարների «հետգնման» խնդիր, որովհետեւ կլինեն իհարկե պատվաստանյութի բարեգործական հատկացումներ, սակայն դա փող արժե, եւ այդ փողը պետք է ինչ որ տեղից վերադառնա: Ընդ որում, վերադառնա կամ փողի, կամ գուցե այլ, այդ թվում տարբեր տնտեսա-քաղաքական էֆեկտների տեսքով:

Իր հերթին, կա մեկ այլ հարց: Բանն այն է, որ կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի պայմաններում աշխարհում տեղի է ունենում երկու գործընթաց՝ պատվաստանյութի մշակում եւ «բնական իմունիզացիա»: Երկու այդ գործընթացները խոշոր հաշվով հակոտնյա են, որովհետեւ եթե բնական իմունիզացիայի ընթացքն արդյունավետ լինի, կնվազի պատվաստանյութի «պահանջարկը»: Իհարկե, բարդ է ասել, թե ինչպիսին կլինի «բնական իմունիզացիայի» համաշխարհային դինամիկան եւ մասշտաբը՝ մինչ կհասնեն պատվաստանյութերը, այդուհանդերձ ինչքան մեծ լինի իմունիզացիայի աստիճանն ու մասշտաբը, այնքան կնվազի վարակային լարումը եւ դինամիկան, ու ըստ այդմ՝ պատվաստանյութի սպասումը հանրության, անհատների մակարդակով:

Իսկ այստեղ հարց կառաջանա՝ պատվաստանյութը պարտադրվելու՞ է բոլորին, ինչպես օրինակ դիմակը, թե՞ դա կլինի մարդու իրավունքի եւ ազատության կոպիտ ոտնահարում: Ըստ այդմ, արդյոք պարտադրանքի այդ հնարավոր դժվարությունը ենթադրում է, որ անկախ պանդեմիայի իրական ծավալից եւ վտանգից, առաջանալու է ինֆոդեմիայի պահպանման անհրաժեշտություն՝ պատվաստանյութերի հանդեպ համաշխարհային հանրային սպասումը բարձր մակարդակի վրա պահելու համար:

Այլ կերպ ասած, արդյոք համաշխարհային տեղեկատվական մրջավայրում չի ձեւավորվելու այսպես ասած կառավարվող տրենդ, որի նպատակն է լինելու փոխկապակցել պատվասատանյութն ու նորմալ կյանքը:

Դրան զուգահեռ էլ կարող է ընթանալ արդեն պայքարը շուկայի համար:

Այդ ամենի վերաբերյալ հարցադրումներն էլ կշարունակեն կնքվել իբրեւ «կոնսպիրոլոգիա», աստիճանաբար բերելով մի վիճակի, երբ այդօրինակ հարցերն այլեւս չեն դիտվի նորմալ, այդպիսի հարցեր բարձրացնելը կդիտվի մտավոր «բորոտություն»:
