«Հրապարակ». ՍԴ պատմության մեջ առաջին դեպքն է, որ քվորում չապահովելու պատճառով նիստը չի կայացել

Հրապարակ թերթը գրում է. «Երեկ քվորում չունեցող ՍԴ նիստերին մասնակցել է 4 դատավոր, Քոչարյանին վերաբերող նիստին՝ 3․ Աշոտ Խաչատրյանը, Արման Դիլանյանը, Արայիկ Թունյանը։ Իսկ Վահե Գրիգորյանն իրավունք չուներ մասնակցելու, որովհետեւ մարտի 1-ի զոհերի իրավահաջորդների ներկայացուցիչն է եղել։ Մյուս նիստերին չորսն էլ մասնակցել են, հրավիրվել է նիստի քարտուղարը, արձանագրել, որ քվորում չկա։ «ՍԴ պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ նիստը չի կայացել` քվորումի պատճառով, հաջորդ նիստը հուլիսի 14-ին է, մյուսը` օգոստոսի 25-ին»,- ասաց ՍԴ մեր աղբյուրը: Կկայանա՞ն։ «Դժվար է ասել․ ելնելով այս իշխանությունների արագության բարոմետրից` չի բացառվում։

Այնուհանդերձ, 21 օր պետք է սպասեն։ Եթե սպասեն»: Քոչարյանին վերաբերող հարցն ի՞նչ է լինելու՝ հարցը մնո՞ւմ է օրակարգում: «Խնդիրը պետք է քննարկվի աշխատակարգային նիստի ընթացքում, այդ նիստն անցկացնելու համար եւս քվորում չկա։ Ի դեպ, օրենսդրական հստակ կարգավորումներ չկան նման դեպքերի համար»: Մի խոսքով` փակվեց հարցը։ «Ոչ, հետագայում հնարավոր է չկայացած նիստերի հարցերը վերցվեն քննության»: Ա՞յլ կազմով՝ իշխանության սրտի դատավորների՞, որոնք կընդունեն ցանկալի որոշումը եւ մեկընդմիշտ կփակեն հարցը։ «Ոչ ոք չգիտի, թե ինչ կլինի։ Մի մոռացեք, որ ՍԴ պաշտոնանկ արված 4 դատավորներն արդեն դիմել են ՄԻԵԴ, որն արտակարգ ռեժիմով արձագանքել է նրանց դիմումներին, հարցեր ուղղել կառավարությանը։ Եթե նույն արագությամբ գործընթացը շարունակվի, ապա դժվար է ասել, թե ինչ կազմ կունենա ապագա ՍԴ-ն. կլինեն նորե՞րը, թե՞ «լավ մոռացված» հները»»,-գրում է թերթը։
