Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ում օտարերկրյա գործակալնե՞ր են վնասազերծվել

Չորս օր առաջ ԱԳՆ-ում իրականացված հատուկ գործողության մասին Ադրբեջանի պետական անվտանգության ծառայությունը հաղորդագրություն է տարածել հուլիսի 7-ին: Հաստատվել է ադրբեջանական վտարանդիության աղբյուրներից ավելի վաղ մեր ստացած տեղեկատվությունը, որ ձերբակալվել է Միլլի մեջլիսի պատգամավոր Ասիմ Մոլլազադեի զարմիկ Ֆարհադ Մոլլազադեն, որը գլխավորում էր ԱԳՆ տնտեսական վարչության գնումների դեպարտամենտը: Կա եւս երկու ձերբակալված՝ Սալիմ Ալիզադե եւ Նուրիփաշա Աբդուլլաեւ: Վերջինս ԱԳՆ հյուպատոսական ծառայությունների վարչության աշխատակից է եւ գործ է ունեցել հիմնականում Ադրբեջան այցելած արտասահմանցիների հետ: Այս ամբողջ պատմությունն ինչի՞ հետ է կապված: Ադրբեջանում հստակ համոզմունք կա, որ գործը չի հասնի արտգործնախարար Մամեդյարովի չարաշահումների բացահայտմանը, ոչ ոք նրանից հաշիվ չի պահանջի որդիների անունով Նյու-Յորքի կենտրոնական մասում գնած մեկ միլիոն դոլարանոց բնակարանի համար: Խորհրդային ՊԱԿ-ի պաշտոնաթող գնդապետ Ակիֆ Հասանովը եւ նախկին արտգործնախարար Զուլֆուգարովը սրված ուշադրություն են դարձնում պետական անվտանգության ծառայության հաղորդագրության այն հատվածին, որտեղ ասվում է, որ ԱԳՆ ձերբակալված աշխատակիցները «զգալի վնաս են պատճառել պետության օրենքով պաշտպանվող շահերին»:

րանից նրանք բխեցնում են, որ ԱԳՆ արդեն նախկին աշխատակիցներն, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, հավագրված են եղել օտարերկրյա հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից եւ գործել են ի շահ այլ երկրի: Եթե դա այդպես է, ապա Մամեդյարովի պաշտոնանկությունը դառնում է սոսկ ժամանակի խնդիր: Ի՞նչ արժե արտգործնախարարը, որի ենթակաները տարիներ շարունակ պետական գաղտնիքներ են փոխանցել օտարերկրյա հատուկ ծառայությանը: Խնդիրն, ըստ այդմ, կարող է այսպիսի հնչեղություն ստանալ՝ իսկ Մամեդյարովն ինքը գործակալ չէ՞: Հուլիսի 6-ին Իլհամ Ալիեւը հանդես է եկել չափազանց հուզական հայտարարությամբ: Նա խստագույնս քննադատել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին, որ չեն արձագանքել վարչապետ Փաշինյանի «Արցախը Հայաստան է եւ վերջ» հայտարարությանը, որից հետո, ըստ Ալիեւի, բանակցությունները «կորցնում են իմաստը»: Այդ քննադատությունից, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, բաժին ունի նաեւ արտգործնախարար Մամեդյարովը: Ալիեւն ասել է, որ Ադրբեջանը «կհրաժարվի բանակցություններից, եթե դրանք չլինեն առարկայական»: Արտգործնախարարի փոփոխության դեպքում Ադրբեջանին հարկ կլինի որոշակի ժամականակով պաուզա՝ նոր նախարարին ռեժիմի մեջ մտնելու համար: Դա՞ է ակնարկում Ալիեւը, թե որոշել է վա-բանկ գնա՞լ:
