Առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի կարծիքով՝ կորոնավիրուսի հետ կապված մարտահրավերին արձագանքելիությունը ժամանակի ընթացքում միշտ էլ կարիք ունի բարելավման․ խոսքը վերաբերում է բոլոր գերատեսչությունների աշխատանքին, սկսած առողջապահությունից՝ մինչև ոստիկանություն։

«Սա է լինելու մեր հաջողության գրավականը՝ աստիճանաբար շտկումներ անելով, ավելի լավ դարձնել այն կանոնների պահպանումը, որոնք ցույց են տվել, որ աշխատում են։ Կարծում եմ՝ այստեղ դեր ունի հանրային վերահսկողությունը թե՛ բուն կանոնների պահպանման նկատմամբ, թե՛ այդ կանոնները հսկող մարմինների նկատմամբ։ Լրագրողներն այս հարցում կարող են մեծ դեր ունենալ»,- հրավիրած մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց Արսեն Թորոսյանը։

Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե Հայաստանում բնակվող ազգային փոքրամասնությունների քանի՞ տոկոսն է վարակվել, Արսեն Թորոսյանը պատասխանեց, որ նման դեպքերի մեծ թիվը պայմանավորված է նրանց մշակութային առանձնահատկություններով՝ հավաքույթներ կազմակերպելով, իրար հետ շատ շփվելով։

«Այս առումով մենք շատ չենք տարբերվում մեր կողքին ապրող ազգային փոքրամասնություններից, և կանոնների պահպանումը երկուստեք խնդրահարույց է։ Մենք, որպես այդպիսին, լուրջ բռնկումներ՝ պայմանավորված միայն ազգային փոքրամասնության պատկանելությամբ, չենք ունեցել։ Ես առանձին ուսումնասիրություն կիրականացնեմ՝ պարզելու համար, թե ինչով է պամանավորված եղել Տանձուտ համայնքում տեղի ունեցած բռնկումը։ Ուզում եմ բոլորին կոչ անել հարցը դիտարկել ազգային պատկանելությունից դուրս, քանի որ վիրուսն անխտիր վարակում է բոլորին»,- շեշտեց Արսեն Թորոսյանը։
