ԱՄՆ գիտնականները կորոնավիրուսի մասով հրաշալի նորություն ունեն

ԱՄՆ-ում Scripps հետազոտական ինստիտուտի մի խումբ գիտնականները կորոնավիրուսից ապաքինվածների արյան մեջ գտել են հակամարմիններ, որոնք ապահովում են վարակի դեմ հզոր պաշտպանություն: Այս մասին հոդվածը հրապարակվել է Science ամսագրում։ Հետազոտողները արյան նմուշներ են վերցրել այն մարդկանցից, ովքեր հիվանդության թեթեւ եւ ծանր ձեւեր են ունեցել: Փորձի ընթացքում մասնագետներն օգտագործել են թեստային բջիջներ, որոնք սինթեզում են ACE2 ռեցեպտորը, որի հետ փոխգործակցում է վիրուսը նախքան բջիջների ներթափանցումը: Գիտնականները ստուգել են, թե արդյոք հակամարմիններ պարունակող արյունը կարող է կապվել վիրուսի հետ եւ արգելափակել վարակի գործընթացը: Գիտնականները հայտնաբերել են ավելի քան հազար տարբեր արտադրող իմունային բջիջների հակամարմիններ, որոնք կոչվում են B-բջիջներ, որոնցից յուրաքանչյուրը սինթեզել է SARS-CoV-2-ի դեմ հակամարմինների առանձին տեսակ: Երբ հաստատվել է հակամարմինները կոդավորող գեների հաջորդականությունը, գիտնականներին հաջողվել է դրանք սինթեզել լաբորատորիայում։ Սկրինինգի արդյունքները ցույց են տվել, որ որոշ հակամարմիններ, նույնիսկ փոքր քանակությամբ, կարող են արդյունավետ կերպով արգելափակել վիրուսը, կանխելով թեստային բջիջների վարակումը:
