Մենք ունենք նախ՝ պետական և ազգային ընդհանուր շահեր, նոր միայն անձնական

ՀՀ Նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը ուղերձ է հղել Սահմանադրության օրվա առթիվ:

Նախագահի աշխատակազմից հայտնում են, որ ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, ասվում է.

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հարգելի՛ քաղաքացիներ,

Այսօր Սահմանադրության օրն է։ Այսօր նշում ենք նաև պետական խորհրդանիշերի օրը։

Մենք ունենք պետականության միասնական խորհրդանիշեր՝ պետական դրոշ, զինանշան, օրհներգ և մեկ միասնական Սահմանադրություն։

Պատմությունը ոչ միայն լավ ուսուցիչ է, այլև՝ ակամա հուշարար։ Այն անընդհատ հիշեցնում և հուշում է մեզ չմոռանալ,

որ որպես պետություն ու հասարակություն հաջողության հասնելու գրավականը ձեռք ձեռքի տված, միասնաբար երկիրը կառուցելն է,

որ մենք ունենք նախ՝ պետական և ազգային ընդհանուր շահեր, նոր միայն՝ անձնական կամ մասնավոր,

որ բարձրագույն արժեքը մարդն է,

որ Սահմանադրությունը ոչ միայն իրավունք ու պարտականություն է, այլև՝ մտածողության ու գործունեության մշակույթ, արժեհամակարգ, փիլիսոփայություն:

Երբ ավելի քան 200 տարի առաջ Շահամիրյանները գրեցին «Որոգայթ փառացը», մենք դեռ պետություն չունեինք, սակայն «Որոգայթ փառացը» գրվեց որպես ապագա Հայաստանի Սահմանադրություն՝ երազանքով հուսալով, որ գալու է այդ՝ հայոց պետականության ժամանակը, պետականություն՝ զերծ փառքի որոգայթներից։

Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Մեզնից առավելագույն ջանքեր ու պատասխանատվություն, կարգապահություն և զգոնություն է պահանջվում մարտահրավերներն արժանապատվությամբ հաղթահարելու և առաջ շարժվելու համար: Մենք պարտավոր ենք լինել շրջահայաց, միասնական ու նախաձեռնող, որ ունենանք և վաղվա սերունդներին փոխանցենք կայուն և զարգացած երկիր՝ ուժեղ պետության, համերաշխ և հանդուրժող հասարակության, պետական անխաթար խորհրդանիշերի՝ դրոշի, զինանշանի, օրհներգի, պետության զարգացման և ազգային միասնականության հիմքը կազմող Սահմանադրության տեսքով, որպես հզոր և բոլոր առումներով առողջ Հայաստան։
