«Փաստ». ԲԴԽ նախագահին կփոխե՞ն. հարցը առաջ կքաշվի սեպտեմբերին

«Փաստ» թերթը գրում է. «Տեւական ժամանակ է` ՀՀ դատաիրավական ոլորտում ընթացող գործընթացները դարձել են երկրում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների առանցքային թեմաներից մեկը։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, գործող իշխանությունները նպատակ ունեն ընդհանուր առմամբ այս ոլորտում ունենալ բացարձակ ազդեցություն, մաքսիմալ ազատվել «ոչ յուրայիններից»։

Մասնավորաբար, չնայած ներկայիս բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի կազմը ձեւավորվել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության օրոք, այս կառույցի հետ եւս Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը որոշակի խնդիրներ է տեսնում, կամ, ինչպես իրավաբանական հանրության շրջանում են խոսում, այս կառույցի հետ էլ «յոլա» չեն գնում։

Շատերի համար անսպասելիորեն վերջին շրջանում տարբեր շրջանակներ սկսել են թիրախավորել ԲԴԽ-ն՝ նշելով, թե այն նույնպես սպասարկում է «նախկիններին»։

Թերթի տեղեկություններով, իշխանության շրջանում վերջերս նախնական որոշում է կայացվել, եւ մինչեւ սեպտեմբեր տարբեր սատելիտների միջոցով հրապարակ կնետվի, իսկ սեպտեմբերից արդեն բաց տեքստով առաջ կքաշվի ԲԴԽ նախագահ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանի հրաժարականի հարցը։
