Իշխանության և ընդդիմության տրամաչափը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ հայաստանյան քաղաքական կյանքում մի շարք ոչինչ չասող և գործնական հետևանքներ չունեցող հռետորաբանությունից զատ հիմնական գործընթացները կարծես թե կենտրոնացել են Արթուր Սարգսյանի շուրջ, որն առավել հայտնի դարձավ որպես «Հաց բերող»։ Վերջինիս շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակն անշուշտ բավական հետաքրքիր է, քանի որ մի շարք քաղաքական գործիչներ հանդես են գալիս նրա պաշտպանությամբ, ստորագրահավաք են կազմակերպում՝ կալանքի միջոցը փոխելու համար և այլն։
Անշուշտ, Արթուր Սարգսյանի առողջական վիճակը հաշվի առնելով պետք է փաստել, որ նա չի կարող վնասել նախաքննությանը կամ հետաքննությանը որևէ կերպ և այս առումով, և՛ իրավական, և՛ բարոյական տեսանկյուններից պետք է հասնել նրա ազատությանը։ Մյուս կողմից՝ այստեղ շատ նուրբ սահման կա, որի խախտվելու դեպքում Արթուր Սարգսյանը կարող է ուղղակի շահարկվել քաղաքական նպատակների և դիվիդենտների համար։
Սա բավական բարդ իրավիճակ է, որի հանգուցալուծումը թվում է կարող էր լինել նման աղմուկից խուսափելը և Արթուր Սարգսյանին պարզապես ազատ արձակելը, ինչը մի անգամ արդեն արվեց։ Սակայն Սարգսյանի կալանքի միջոցը փոխելուց հետո հասարակական մի շարք գործիչներ և քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստներ այնպիսի աղմուկ բարձրացրեցին և ներկայացրեցին Արթուր Սարգսյանի ազատ արձակելը որպես իրենց հաղթանակ, որ վարչակարգը որոշակիորեն մտահոգվեց։ Բանն այն է, որ հայաստանյան տիպի վարչակարգերի ամենամեծ վախը թուլության նշանն է, այստեղ բոլորովին էլ էական չէ Արթուր Սարգսյանի անձն ու գործունեությունը։ Մեծ հաշվով որևէ գործունեություն նա չի էլ ծավալել կամ ծավալում, սակայն նրա ազատության գործին լծված ակտիվիստները խափանման միջոցը փոխարինելը ներկայացրեցին որպես իրենց հաղթանակ։ Անշուշտ, միանշանակ գնահատել բոլոր այդ ակտիվիստներին հնարավոր չէ, քանի որ նրանց շարքում կան և՛ անկեղծ մտահոգվածներ, և՛ ուղղակի դիվիդենտներ հավաքողներ, սակայն սա այլ խնդիր է։
Վերադառնալով Արթուր Սարգսյանին, պետք է նշել, որ վարչակարգը ուղղակիորեն խուսափում է ցանկացած անկանխատեսելի իրավիճակից, որի արդյունքում էլ Սարգսյանը կրկին հայտնվեց ճաղերի ետևում։ Սա որքան էլ տհաճ կամ անընդունելի համարենք, սակայն փաստ է, որ իրերի տրամաբանական ընթացք է, քանի որ վարչակարգը ցանկացած կերպ պետք է ցույց տա իր ուժը և իրավիճակին տիրապետելը, առավել ևս ընտրությունների նախաշեմին։ Հակառակ դեպքում զարգացումները կարող են անակնկալներ մատուցել։ Ի դեպ, հենց այս տրամաբանությամբ էլ քաղաքական մի շարք գործիչներ փորձում են հասնել Սարգսյանի ազատ արձակմանը, որը կարող է խորհրդանշական իմաստով դառնալ փոքր հաղթանակ վարչակարգի նկատմամբ։
Մյուս կողմից, նկատի ունենալով Արթուր Սարգսյանի զուտ առողջական վիճակը, դժվար է ասել, թե ինչ քայլեր կանեն իշխանությունները, քանի որ ակնհայտորեն նրա կյանքը վտանգված է, ինչը բավական դժվարին իրավիճակ է ստեղծում հենց իշխանության համար։
Ամեն դեպքում պետք է արձանագրել, որ, ցավոք սրտի, Արթուր Սարգսյանը դարձել է և՛ իշխանության, և՛ ընդդիմության տրամաչափի ցուցիչը։
