«Ցփնել եմ վրեն, ինքը ղժացել ա…». Երևանում 35-ամյա տղամարդը «կիսլատա» է լցրել քենակալի վրա՝ իր ընտանիք «քիթը խոթելու» համար

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի «Շենգավիթ» նստավայրում Աննա Դանիբեկյանի նախագահությամբ ավարտվել է Սերգեյ Հ.-ի գործի դատական քննությունը:

1982 թվականին ծնված Սերգեյ Հ.-ին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել տուժողի առողջությանը դիտավորությամբ ծանր վնաս հասցնելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Սերգեյ Հ.-ն կալանքի տակ է 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ Սերգեյ Հ.-ն իր ամուսնալուծության համար մեղադրելով կնոջ քրոջը, նրա ամուսնուն ու նրա ընտանիքին, որոշել է քենակալին՝ քենու ամուսնուն՝ Արտաշես Կ.-ին ծանր վնաս հասցնելով՝ «հաշվեհարդար տեսնել»:

Այդ նպատակով, ըստ մեղադրանքի, 2017 թվականի հունիսի 12-ին Սերգեյ Հ.-ն Գյումրիից ժամանել է Երևան, գնացել է քենակալի տան բակ՝ իր հետ տանելով ապակե տարայով ծծմբական թթու: Նա, ըստ մեղադրանքի, դարանակալել է շենքի մոտ, սպասել է Արտաշեսին: Հունիսի լույս 13-ի կեսգիշերին Սերգեյը շենքի մուտքի դիմաց հանդիպել է Արտաշեսին, պահանջել է հայտնել նախկին կնոջ գտնվելու վայրը, բայց իր համար «ցանկալի պատասխան չստանալով»՝ մոտը եղած ապակե տարայում գտնվող ծծմբական թթուն լցրել է Արտաշեսի դեմքին ու մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներին՝ պատճառելով գլխի, դեմքի, զույգ ակնագնդերի, պարանոցի, կրծքավանդակի առաջնային ու հետին մակերեսների, ստորին ու վերին վերջույթների շրջանների 3-րդ, 4-րդ աստիճանի, մարմնի ընդհանուր մակերեսի 35 %-ի չափով քիմիական այրվածքների ձևով ծանր վնասվածքներ, որոնք ուղեկցվել են ծանր աստիճանի այրվածքային շոկով և այրվածքային հիվանդության զարգացումով: Արտաշես Կ.-ի առողջությանը դիտավորությամբ պատճառվել է կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող ծանր վնաս:

Սերգեյ Հ.-ն ինչպես նախաքննության, այնպես էլ դատաքննության ընթացքում առաջադրված մեղադրանքում իրեն մեղավոր չի ճանաչել: Նա հայտնել է, որ 2017 թվականի մայիսի 1-ին վիճել է կնոջ հետ, վերջինս նեղացել ու հաջորդ օրը մեկնել է Երևան՝ հայրական տուն:

Մայիսի 6-ին ինքը գնացել է կնոջը տեսնելու՝ նրան վերադարձնելու նպատակով, բայց տան դուռը չեն բացել:

Այդ օրից սկսած՝ ինքը բազմիցս գնացել է կնոջ հայրական տան մոտ, թակել է դուռը, բայց չեն բացել, հարևանն էլ իրեն տեսնելով՝ ասել է, թե նրանք տանը չեն:

Ինքը բազմիցս զանգել է քենակալ Արտաշեսին, նրա որդուն, փորձել է նրանցից ճշտել իր կնոջ գտնվելու վայրը, բայց նրանք պատասխանում էին, թե տեղեկություն չունեն:
