Սերժ Սարգսյանը գնում է Մոսկվա. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մարտի 14–ին ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը երկօրյա պաշտոնական այցով կմեկնի Մոսկվա: Այս մասին հայտնել է ռուսական «Իզվեստիան»: Լուրը հաստատել է նաև Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը: Հանդիպման օրակարգում են երկկողմանի համագործակցության հրատապ հարցերը, այդ թվում` իրադրությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում: ՀՀ կառավարությանը մոտ աղբյուրները հայտնել են, որ հանդիպման արդյունքներով մի շարք ներդրումային համատեղ համաձայնագրեր կստորագրվեն:
Երբ այս տարվա հունվարին վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը մեկնեց Մոսկվա, գլխավոր խնդիրը ներդրումներ բերելն էր: Նույնիսկ թիվն էր նշվում` 300 մլն դոլար: Այդքան ներդրում Կարապետյանը պետք է բերեր Մոսկվայից և ուղղեր Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացմանը: Դեռ այն ժամանակ ներդրումների ներգրավումն ստացավ քաղաքական երանգ: Մի քանի ամիս աշխատող վարչապետի համար այդ գումարը բերելը կարծես թե դարձավ իր քաղաքական թիկունքը ապահովելու գրավական: Շրջանառվում էր վարկած, թե Մոսկվայից եկած Կարապետյանը նույն Մոսկվայից այդքան գումար բերելով` կապացուցի իր` այնտեղ ունեցած մեծ կշիռը, դրանով իսկ ապահովելով իր ներկայությունը և հետագա դերակատարումը արդեն ներհայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտում:
Կարապետյանը մեկնեց Մոսկվա: Այնտեղ արժանացավ պաշտոնական ընդունելության, ինչին արդեն տասը տարի ոչ մի վարչապետ չէր արժանացել: Այդ ամենով հանդերձ, ներդրումների մասով բանը խոստումներից այն կողմ չանցավ: Համաձայնություն ձեռք բերվեց ստեղծելու ներդրումային համատեղ հիմնադրամ: Այդքանը: Կոնկրետ ծրագրերի, գումարների մասին` ոչ մի խոսք:
Ու ահա հիմա նախագահ Սարգսյանն է մեկնում Մոսկվա: Ու այնտեղ ստորագրվելու են ներդրումային համաձայնագրեր: Ճիշտ է, եթե առաջնորդվենք քաղաքական դասական տրամաբանությամբ, ամեն ինչ ավելի քան նորմալ է: Վարչապետը գնացել–պայմանավորվել է, նախագահը գնում–բերում է: Արդյունքում շահում է երկիրը: Բայց քանի որ մեզանում քաղաքական տրամաբանությունը ավելի շատ հարում է սյուրռեալիզմին, իրերի դասավորությունը այլ բան է հուշում:
Եթե կոնկրետ ներդրումային համաձայնագրեր իսկապես ստորագրվեն, ինչ–որ առումով կնշանակի, որ Սարգսյանը Կարապետյանից առաջ անցավ: Ասել կուզի, իրավիճակի քաղաքական վերահսկողությունը Սերժ Սարգսյանը պահում է իր ձեռքում:
