Հեղափոխության արժեքները կարելի է գրել Կառավարության շենքի պատին

Ի՞նչ ասել է «հեղափոխության արժեքներ»։ Որտե՞ղ են դրանք գրված։ Այդ մասին գիտեն սահմանափակ թվով լուսավորյալնե՞ր, թե՞ ժողովուրդը։ «Այո, այսօր տեղի է ունենում ամենամեծ բարեփոխումը Հայաստանում, քաղաքական դաշտի բարեփոխում է տեղի ունենում և նրանք, ովքեր կուլիսներից մարիոնետների նման կառավարվել են՝ այլևս Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտում տեղ չեն ունենալու և նրանք, ովքեր կուլիսներից մարիոնետների են կառավարել՝ նրանք այս քաղաքական դաշտում տեղ չեն ունենալու: Այո, թույլ տվեք կանխատեսել՝ հաջորդ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում, հաջորդ խորհրդարանում տեղ են ունենալու միայն ու միայն այնպիսի քաղաքական ուժեր, որոնք աներկբայորեն պաշտպանում են 2018 թվականի ոչ բռնի, թավշյա հեղափոխության՝ ժողովրդական հեղափոխության արժեքները»:- ասել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ, հունիսի 25-ին ԱԺ-ում ունեցած ելույթում։ «2018 թվականի ոչ բռնի, թավշյա, ժողովրդական հեղափոխության արժեքներ» ասելով մարդիկ այսօր տարբեր բան են հասկանում, երբեմն՝ իրարամերժ։ Միգուցե վերոնշյալ կանխատեսումն անելուց առաջ հստակեցվե՞ր, թե ինչ արժեքների մասին է խոսքը։ Տարընթերցումներից խուսափելու համար, կարելի է այդ արժեքները գրել ԱԺ-ի կամ Կառավարության շենքի պատին, որ մարդն իմանա, թե ինչ արժեքներով առաջնորդվի։ Կարելի է մի գրառում էլ կատարել Կառավարության շենքի տանիքին, այնպես՝ որ նկատելի լինի տիեզերքից։ Այդպիսի գրառումը, հնարավոր է, կկանգնեցնի ժամանակը։ Ոչ պակաս ուշագրավ է կուլիսի մասին ակնարկը։ Ի՞նչ կուլիսի մասին է խոսքը։ Այդ կուլիսը օտար երկի՞րն է, կուսակցության շտա՞բը, մաֆիա՞ն, թե՞ խորհրդավոր-մոգական համաշխարհային ուժ։ Կուլիսի գաղտազերծումը կարևոր խթան կարող է հանդիսանալ Լյուստրացիա իրականացնելու համար։ Հետևաբար՝ այս հարցն օրախնդիր է։ Քաղաքական կանխատեսումը շնորհակալ գործ է, երբ խնդիր է դրվում՝ կանխատեսել հնարավոր մարտահրավերները, չափել ռիսկերը։ Այս կանխատեսումից օգտվում են պետությունն ու քաղաքական ուժը և ճշգրիտ-շահեկան դիրք գրավում հնարավոր զարգացումների հանդիման։ Սակայն ապագայում խորհրդարան անցնողների մասին կանխատեսումն անպտուղ է։ Ռադոյե Դոմանովիչի «Ստրադիա» երգիծական վիպակում փաստացի իշխանությունն է որոշում, թե ով է ընդդիմություն լինելու։ Եթե այդպիսի մոտեցման մասին է խոսքը, ապա ժողովրդավարությանը կարող ենք ցտեսություն ասել։ Կարծիք կա, թե ԱԺ ապագա կազմի կանխատեսումը գայթակղություն է, որը կոնկրետ անուն ունի՝ «Մելիք Ադամյանով անցնելու սինդրոմ»։ Ոչ վաղ անցյալի պատմական դասը հուշում է, որ այս սինդրոմը վնասակար է իշխանության առողջության համար։ Պետք է հաշվի առնել նաև, որ, նույնիսկ, սոցիոլոգիական փաստարկված կանխատեսումը ոչ միշտ է դրականորեն ազդում հասարակական կարծիքի վրա։ Ի դեպ՝ «Ստրադիա» վիպակի հերոսներից ոչ ոք չէր ուզում ընդդիմություն լինել, «հարիֆ» չկար։
