«Բժիշկ մահ» նախարարը մաթեմատիկայի դասեր է տալի՞ս. Գագիկ Համբարյան

«Բժիշկ մահ» նախարարը մաթեմատիկայի դասեր է տալիս։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը։

«Այս թեմային չէի անդրադառնա, եթե չտեսնեի այդ անձի կողմից արված գրառումը...

Տարրական նողկանք ապրեցի, երբ աչքովս ընկավ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի գրառումը՝ կապված ԲՀԿ+1-ի կողմից ՍԴ ուղղված դիմումի կապակցության արված գրառումը...

Ուրեմն այս դիլետանտը, ով կորոնավիրուսի տարածման առաջին օրերին Նիկոլի հետ միասին հումորներ էր անում այդ վարակի վերաբերյալ և հասարակությանը համոզում էր, որ այդ վարակը վտանգավոր չէ, հիմա որոշել է մաթեմատիկական դասեր տալ և բացատրել, որ 132-ի 1/5-ը ոչ թե 26 պատգամավորն է, այլ 27... «Բժիշկ մահ» նախարարը, որի անգործության և ապատեղեկատվության պատճառով կորոնավիրուսի տարածումն ահագնացող տեմպերի է հասել և ունենք 528 մահացածներ, լավ կանի իր գործերով զբաղի և չբացահայտի իր անգրագիտությունը... Դա վերաբերում է նաև ԼՀԿ-ի անգրագետներին, ովքեր ևս փորձում են ապացուցել Թորոսյանի հաշվարկները և այդպիսով սպասարկում են Նիկոլի հակաօրինական գործողությունները...

Ի դեպ, որպես դասախոս, ով ևս գործ ունի թվերի հետ, պարզաբանեմ դասագրքային մի պարզ կանոն... Եթե ուսանողի, օրինակ՝ ակտիվության միջին գնահատականը կազմում է, օրինակ՝ 85,4, ըստ կանոնի ես նշանակում եմ 85, իսկ եթե այն կազմում է, օրինակ՝ 85,6՝ նշանակում եմ 86... Նույն մոտեցումով էլ աշխատում են համակարգչային համապատասխան ծրագրերը, որոնք համապատասխան առարկայից բազմաթիվ գործոնները գումարելիս ստանում են ուսանողի վերջնական «կլորացված» գնահատականը... Եթե, օրինակ, այն կազմում է 45,3, ապա նույն համակարգչային ծրագիրը դա դարձնում է 45, իսկ եթե, օրինակ, այն կազմում է 45,7՝ 46...

Պարզվում է ՔՊ-ականների և ԼՀԿ-ականների համար դա շատ բարդ մաթեմատիկա է, այնինչ դպրոցում այդ ամենն անցնում են 6-րդ դասարանում...(տե՛ս լուսանկարը.աղբյուր՝

Ի դեպ, իսկ իրենք չեն կարծու՞մ, որ 27 պատգամավորն էլ շատ է 132-ի 1/5- համար...

Հ.Գ. Արսեն Թորոսյանին խորհուրդ կտամ մաթեմատիկական հաշվարկներ անել և բացահայտել, թե որքան քիչ կորոնավիրուսով հիվանդներ և այդ վարակի պատճառով մահացածներ կունենայինք, եթե նա և Նիկոլը ժամանակին կարանտին մտցնեին, չհեգնեին այդ հիվանդությունը և մարդկանց չհամոզեին, որ դա շատ վտանգավոր վարակ չէ...»։
