Գույքահարկի բարձրացումը ներդրումների եւ տնտեսության անկման կհանգեցնի. «Լուսավոր Հայաստան»

ՀՀ կառավարությունն առաջարկում է վերացնել չհարկվող շեմերը բնակարանների եւ սեփական տների համար. մինչեւ 10 միլիոն դրամ արժեք ունեցող բնակարանների եւ մինչեւ 7 միլիոն դրամ արժեք ունեցող բնակելի տների համար պետք է սահմանվի 0.05 տոկոս հարկ: Այս մասին հունիսի 24-ին տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական ​​խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի նիստին Հարկային օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրինագծի երկրորդ եւ վերջին ընթերցմամբ քննարկմանը հայտարարեց ՀՀ ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Արման Պողոսյանը:

Դա, ըստ փոխնախարարի, կօգնի վերանայել սեփականության իրավունքը եւ ամրացնել հարկային մշակույթը վճարների առումով:

Հարկային բեռի կտրուկ աճը կանխելու համար իշխանությունները նախատեսում են նոր համակարգինանցնել առաջիկա չորս տարվա ընթացքում:

Մասնավորապես, 2021 թվականին քաղաքացիները ստիպված կլինեն վճարել նոր հարկի ընդհանուր գումարի 25 տոկոսը, որը հաշվարկվում է նոր գների եւ անշարժ գույքի գների հիման վրա: Ընդ որում, 2022 թվականին Հայաստանի բնակիչները ստիպված կլինեն վճարել ընդհանուր հարկային նշաձողի 50 տոկոսը, 2023 թվականին՝ 75 տոկոսը: Հարկային նոր համակարգը ամբողջությամբ կներդրվի մինչեւ 2024 թվականը:

«Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության պատգամավոր Արկադի Խաչատրյանն իր հերթին մտահոգություն հայտնեց՝ նշելով, որ նոր գույքահարկի սահմանումը բնակչության հարկային բեռի ավելացման, գների կտրուկ անկման եւ շինարարության ոլորտի անկման կհանգեցնի, ինչն իր հերթին տնտեսական անկման, ներդրումների, շինանյութերի վաճառքի կրճատման կբերի եւ այլն:
