Չեմ ուզում ունենալ ոչ միայն Սերժի կամ Քոչարյանի, այլ նաև՝ Նիկոլի "գրպանում" գտնվող ՍԴ

ՍԴ շուրջ ծավալվող իրադարձությունները մոլորություն է բարեփոխում կոչելը։
Նախ՝ սահմանադրական որևէ փոփոխություն ռացիոնալությունից դուրս է գալիս, եթե դրա շուրջ գոյություն չունի քաղաքական, հանրային կոնսենսուս։
Քաղաքական կոնսենսուսի մասին ավելորդ է անգամ խոսելը, երբ սահմանադրական փոփոխություններն իրականացվում են միայն իշխող խմբակցության անդամների քվերակությամբ՝ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների բացակայությամբ։
Ցավոք, դժվար է խոսել նաև հանրային կոնսենսուսի մասին, որովհետև սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների նախագիծը շրջանառության մեջ դրվել և ընդունվել է հապճեպ՝ առանց հանրային դիսկուրսի։
Երկրորդ՝ գործող սահմանադրական կարգավորումներով հնարավոր չէ հասնել իրապես անկախ ՍԴ ձևավորմանը։ Դրան հնարավոր է հասնել բացառապես նոր Սահմանադրության ընդունման ճանապարհով։
Երրորդ, հեղափոխության թիմի կադրային քաղաքականության արատավոր սկզբունքները հաշվի առնելով՝ վստահաբար ՍԴ դատավորների երեք թափուր տեղերը համալրվելու են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին անձնապես հավատարմություն հայտնողների շրջանակից, ըստ այդմ՝ շատ շուտով մենք կունենաք նոր կախյալ ՍԴ, այս անգամ՝ ոչ թե նախկինների, այլ՝ Փաշինյանի գրպանում։
Այս թեզերի հետ դժվար է վիճելը ու մի մանիպուլացրեք, թե իբրև Հրայրին եմ պաշտպանում, առավել ևս՝ օրակարգ մի բերեք Քոչարյանի թեման, որովհետև մշտապես ասել եմ ու էլի կրկնում եմ՝ Մարտի 1-ի բոլոր պատասխանատուները պետք է պատասխանատվության ենթարկվեն՝ օրինական դատավարության արդյունքում։
Իմ ցանկությունը շատ մարդկային ու ռացիոնալ է․ ես ասում եմ՝ չեմ ուզում ունենալ ոչ միայն Սերժի կամ Քոչարյանի, այլ նաև՝ Նիկոլի "գրպանում" գտնվող ՍԴ։
