Բաքուն խոստովանեց, թե ինչու չի հարձակվում. Ալիեւը կգնա, իսկ Հասանովին կդատե՞ն

Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարը տրտնջացել է հայկական զինուժի խորքային հետախուզության կարողությունից, ասելով, թե դա ապահովվել է «հայերի հովանավոր ԱՄՆ» աջակցությամբ:

Դեռեւս 2017 թվականին Լրագրի հետ հարցազրույցում այդ տեխնոլոգիաների մասին ազդարարել էր Արկադի Տեր-Թադեւոսյանը՝ Կոմանդոսը, նշելով, որ ապրիլյանից հետո առաջնագծում տեղակայվել են ամերիկյան տեսադիտարկման սարքերը: Դրանք թույլ են տալիս մեծ խորության վրա արձանագրել հակառակորդի շարժն ու կասեցնել այն «արմատից»: Այդ տարիներին Բաքուն ունեցել է դրանում համոզվելու բազմաթիվ ցավոտ առիթներ, ինչպես օրինակ 2017 թվականի փետրվարի 25-ին, երբ Արցախի դիրքապահները ոչնչացրին դիվերսիայի անցնող էլիտար ստորաբաժանումը:

Զաքիր Հասանովի տրտունջի խորքային պատճառը սակայն անշուշտ դա չէ: Բաքվում երբեք չեն տրտնջում սեփական զոհերի կապակցությամբ, քանի որ դրանք արժեք չունեն Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության համար: Հակառակ պարագայում ռազմական դիվանագիտության փոխարեն Ալիեւը վաղուց ձեռնամուխ կլիներ առանց նախապայմանի խաղաղության շուրջ քննարկումների:

Զաքիր Հասանովի տրտունջի պատճառն այն է, որ հայկական կողմին խորքային տեսադիտարկման սարքերի մատակարարումը քաղաքական իմաստով հավասարազոր է Վիեննայի օրակարգի կյանքի կոչմանը, իհարկե մասնակի, սակայն սկզբունքային առումով: Ինչպես հայտնի է, այդ օրակարգը ենթադրում է հրադադարի խախտման տեսադիտարկման եւ միջազգային քննության մեխանիզմ:

Բաքուն հրաժարվել է դրանից, հայտարարելով, որ այդ մեխանիզմը դե ֆակտո ստատուս-քվոյի ճանաչում է: Բաքվի հրաժարման «հովանավորը» Մոսկվան է, քանի որ այդ մեխանիզմի արձանագրումը նշանակելու է, որ չեղարկվում է Մոսկվայի պարեկային գերակայությունը, եւ իրավիճակի կառավարումը ներառվում է միջազգային իրավա-քաղաքական պատասխանատվության շրջանակ: Այսինքն, Ռուսաստանը կզրկվի Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի հանդեպ լծակից:

Հայ-ամերիկյան գործակցությունը տեսադիտարկման հետախուզական սարքերի առումով ապահովել է մի իրավիճակ, երբ հայկական զինուժը ստանում է ոչ միայն խորքային հետախուզության կանխարգելիչ նոր հզորություն, այլ նաեւ սահմանային «փաստահավաք» նոր կարողություն, երբ բավականին հստակ կարող է ներկայացվել, թե ինչպես է տեղի ունեցել հրադադարի խախտումը եւ ով է այն նախաձեռնել:

Դա էապես բարձրացրել է ռեգիոնալ կայունության հուսալիությունը, ինչը ռազմավարական անհրաժեշտություն է Միացյալ Նահանգների համար, որը խնդիր ունի Կովկասում թույլ չտալ մի կողմից ռուս-թուրքական մերձեցում, մյուս կողմից՝ ռուս-թուրքական ռազմական հակադրություն:

Այդ իրողությունը խորացրել է Ադրբեջանի փակուղին, հասունացնելով նաեւ Ալիեւի պաշտոնավարման հետագա աննպատակահարմարության հարցը: Այդ մասին Վաշինգտոնի եւ Մոսկվայի համաձայնության առնչությամբ բարձրաձայնում են ադրբեջանցի նախկին պաշտոնյա-դիվանագետները: Թեեւ, դա մատնում է անգամ Զաքիր Հասանովը, իր հարցազրույցում գրեթե ամեն նախադասությունից հետո մինչեւ գետին խոնարհվելով Գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարի առաջ:

Ալիեւի անկումը լինելու է անկում Հասանովի համար: Ավելին, պետք չէ բացառել, որ Ալիեւը կարող է հեռանալ կնոջ երաշխիքներով, իսկ ահա Հասանովին կարող են անգամ դատել՝ ինչ որ մեկի վրա վերագրելով ադրբեջանական բանակում կոռուպցիան եւ բացատրելով, թե իրականում ինչու մինչեւ հիմա «չեն ազատագրել իրենց հողերը»:
