ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստի ժամը հայտնի է. Սահմանադրություն են փոխելու. ԼՀ-ն կարող է չմասնակցել նիստին

Այսօր ժամը 13:00-ին «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության նախաձեռնությամբ կհրավիրվի Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ նստաշրջան: Այս մասին քիչ առաջ հայտնեց Էդմոն Մարուքյանը՝ հավելելով, որ փոփոխության է ենթարկվելու երկրի մայր օրենքը՝ Սահմանադրությունը, ինչի համար նախատեսվել է 3 ժամ:

Մարուքյանը նշեց, որ ամբողջ աշխարհում Սահմանադրությունը փոխում են ամիսներ շարունակ աշխատելու արդյունքում, իսկ Հայաստանում առավոտն ես իմանում, որ նման բան կա:

ԼՀ խմբակցության ղեկավարը հավելեց, որ սա լուրջ խնդիր է թե՛ Հայաստանի միջազգային պարտավարությունների, թե՛ ժամանակին ասված-քննարկվածի մասին:

Մարուքյանը նշեց, որ նախագիծը Սահմանադրական դատարան չի ուղարկվելու, ինչը Տարոն Սիմոնյանի խոսքերով, խախտում է ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը:

Նա հիշեցրեց, որ իրենք իրենց դիրքորոշումը հայտնել էին Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի ժամանակ, հիմա ավելացնելու բան չունեն, քննարկում են նիստին չմասնակցելու տարբերակը:

Հավելենք, որ խորհրդարանական մեծամասնությունը պատրաստվում է «տուն ուղարկել» ՍԴ դատավորներին, ովքեր 12 տարի պաշտոնավարել են: Ինչ վերավերում է ՍԴ նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանին, նա կշարունակի մնալ ՍԴ դատավոր, սակայն չի լինի նախագահ:

ԼՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Տարոն Սիմոնյանը խնդրահարույց է համարում այն, որ իշխող ուժը դիմել է Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովին, սակայն չի սպասում խորհրդատվական կարծիքին:
