Դատարանը մերժեց ԱԱԾ-ին․ որոշումը հրապարակվեց

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանը քիչ առաջ հրապարակեց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին կալանավորելու ԱԱԾ միջնորդության վերաբերյալ որոշումը։ Որոշումը հրապարակեց դատավոր Ռոբերտ Պապոյանը, որը խորհրդակցական սենյակ էր հեռացել դեռեւս ուրբաթ օրը: Ըստ այդմ ԲՀԿ առաջնորդին չկալանավորեցին։

Նշենք, որ այսօր նույնպես, ինչպես նախորդ օրերին դատարանի բակում են հավաքված ԲՀԿ-ական պատգամավորներ: Տարածքում մեծաթիվ ոստիկանական ուժեր են կուտակված։

Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՔՕ 154.2 հոդվածով (ընտրողի կողմից թեկնածուներից, կուսակցություններից (կուսակցությունների դաշինքներից), հանրաքվեի քարոզչական նախաձեռնություններից կաշառք ստանալը կամ թեկնածուների, կուսակցությունների (կուսակցությունների դաշինքների), հանրաքվեի քարոզչական նախաձեռնությունների կողմից ընտրողներին կաշառք տալը կամ ընտրողի ազատ կամքի իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելը), նա մեղադրանքը չի ընդունում, այն որակում է ապօրինի։
