Ռուսաստանում հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր` Կրանսոդարի եւ Վորոնեժի դեպքերով. Միքայել Մինասյան

Մաքսանենգ ծխախոտի գործով Ռուսաստանում հունիս 17-ին հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր` Կրանսոդարի եւ Վորոնեժի դեպքերով: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հրապարակած հերթական տեսանյութում ասաց Սուրբ Աթոռում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանը։

Մինասյանն իր ասածը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ ներկայացրեց տեսանյութում:

Անդրադառնալկով ադամանդների արտահանմանը, նա ասաց, որ օրեր առաջ ոստիկանությունը «անհասկանալի» ֆիլմով հերքում է իր պատմությունը:

«Ժողովուրդ ջան, դուք ի՞նչն եք հերքում, դուք հերքում եք մի բան, որը ես չեմ ասել. ես չեմ ասել, որ անօրինական է արտահանվել: ՀՀ-ում չկան 1400 ադամանդ տաշող, որոնք կարող էին 3 ամսում տաշել 20 միլիարդի ադամանդ, եւ դուք դա չեք հերքում»,-ասաց նա:

Միքայել Մինասյանն անդրադարձավ նաեւ Գյումրիում ավտոմաքսատան շինարարությանը՝ նշելով. «Ես երկար ժամանակ փորձում էի հասկանալ, թե որտեղ է այստեղ քաղաքական շահը: Ես անկեղծ չէի հասկանում, եւ քանի որ չէի հասկանում, սկսեցի փնտրել դրա փողը: Պարզվեց, որ Գյումրիի մաքսատան վրա ծախսվել է ընդամենը 2 մլրդ դրամ: Յուրաքանչյուր շինարարություն սկսվում է հաշվարկից եւ ճարտարապետական աշխատանքից: Ես նայեցի, թե ով է արել ճարտարապետական հաշվարկային աշխատանքները՝ «Ատրիում ԹԻՄ» ՍՊԸ-ն: Այս ՍՊԸ-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կառավարության որոշումով առանց մրցույթի, ուղիղ գնման իրավունքով տալիս է իրավունք անելու այդ բոլոր աշխատանքները: Դա արվում է, եթե չեմ սխալվում, օգոստոսի 8-ին: Այս ընկերությունը երբեք չի մասնակցել որեւէ տենդերի, երբեք չի արել խոշոր պետական աշխատանք: Իսկ այս ընկերությունը լիցենզիա է ստանում պետական մարմիններից օգոստոսի 26-ին: Այսինքն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երաշխավորում է մի ընկերության, որը նույնիսկ լիցենզիա չունի: Այդ ՍՊԸ-ն, ըստ օդում կախված լուրերի բարեկամական կապերով ուղիղ կապված է ՊԵԿ փոխնախագահ, Աննա Հակոբյանի մտերիմ ընկերուհի եւ դրածո Շուշաննա Ներսիսյանի հետ, նույն ինքը՝ Նակոլկա Շուշո:

Այս մարդիկ նույնիսկ մասշտաբի պրոբլեմ չունեն, գողանում է 4 մլրդ երկաթը եւ 30 մլն նախագծային աշխատանքները: Ես թողնում եմ մեդիայի վրա մնացած աշխատանքը, ուսումնասիրեք, թե ինչպես է ծախսվել մնացած 2 մլրդը: Եկեք պայմանավորվենք, որ երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ինչ-որ բան ղժղժում է, մենք արդեն գիտենք, որպես փաստ, որ տակը կամ կա քաղաքական շահ, կամ ֆինանսական շահ»:
