Անսպասելի բաժանարար գծեր․ Ընդդիմությունը պլան Բ ունի՞

ԲՀԿ պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը հայտարարել է, որ իրենց կուսակցությունը չի համագործակցելու ՀՀԿ հետ, քանի որ մերժում են այն ուժերին, որոնց մերժել է ժողովուրդը։

Լուսավոր Հայաստանի ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանն էլ հայտարարել է, որ չի համագործակցելու այլ ուժերի հետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականի հարցով։

Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի կարծիքից հետո Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի փաստաբանները հայտարարել են, որ եթե Սահմանադրական դատարանը 300․1 հոդվածը հակասահմանադրական ճանաչի, Քոչարյանի գործը պետք է կարճվի։

Իշխող մեծամասնության ներկայացուցիչներն ասում են, որ ՍԴ-ն կարող է չհասցնել կայացնել այդ որոշումը, քանի որ, ինչպես գրում է մամուլը, հաջորդ շաբաթ խորհրդարանը «կլուծի» Սահմանադրական դատարանի հարցը։

Սահմանադրական դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել Բանկային գաղտնիքի օրենքի մասին՝ դրանում փոփոխությունը հակասահմանադրական ճանաչելով։

Օրինակ, այն բանից հետո, երբ Եվրոպական ժողովրդական կուսակցությունն ու եվրոպական կառույցները, որոնք Հայաստանում գործընկեր ունեն ՀՀԿ-ին, մտահոգություն են հայտնել ընդդիմությանը ճնշելու առթիվ, ԲՀԿ-ը հայտարարել է, որ չի համագործակցելու ՀՀԿ հետ։ ԲՀԿ-ին աջակցել է Եդինայա Ռոսիյան, Ռոուսաստանի դեսպանը հանդիպել է ԲՀԿ պատգամավորներին, իսկ Ծառուկանը չի ուզում անուղղակի ասոցացվել ՀՀԿ հետ, որը համարվում է եվրոպամետ։

Միեւնույն ժամանակ, ազատական Լուսավոր Հայաստանը, որն արեւմտյան արժեքներ է դավանում, ասում է, որ չի համագործակցելու քաղաքական ուժերի հետ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականի հարցով։ ԼՀԿ-ն ու ԲՀԿ-ն խորհրդարանական ընդդիմություն են, եւ մամուլում գրվել է, որ նրանք ընդհանուր ջանքերով կարող են անվստահություն հայտնել Փաշինյանին, կամ էլ վայր դնել մանդատները եւ արտահերթ ընտրություններ նախաձեռնել։

Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական կյանքում անսպասելի բաժանարար գծեր են հայտնվել ուժերի միջեւ, որոնք հակված են համագործակցության Արեւմուտքի հետ, եւ նրանց միջեւ, որոնք չեն թաքցնում ռուսական կողմնորոշումը։ Դա, իհարկե, չի նշանակում, որ ԼՀԿ-ն կվազի համագործակցության ՀՀԿ հետ ու հանդես կգա Փաշինյանի դեմ, որին կցանկանային տապալել ռուսամետ ուժերը։

Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի՝ ակտուալ քաղաքականություն վերադառնալուց հետո կփոխվի՞ այս դասավորությունը։ Արտաքին քաղաքական կողմնորոշման թեման ակտուալ կդառնա՞ իշխանության հռետորաբանությունում։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ մարդիկ, որոնք երրորդ երկրների չորրորդական պաշտոնյաների ընդունում են որպես ղեկավարություն, տեղ չունեն հայկական քաղաքականությունում։ Թեման մինչեւ վերջ կբացվի՞։ Թե՞ արտաքին ուժերը Հայաստանում իրենց դրածոների միջոցով կկարողանան ծավալել պլան Բ-ն։
