Ինչպես է ադրբեջանցի օգտատերը կեղծ տեսանյութ տարածել Երևանի մասին․ ԱԱԾ բացահայտումը (Տեսանյութ)

Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, հետամուտ լինելով տեղեկատվական անվտանգության ոլորտում ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ իրեն վերապահված գործառույթների և լիազորությունների իրականացմանը, շարունակում է բացահայտել համացանցում պետության, հասարակության և անձի անվտանգությանը վնաս հասցնող կեղծ տեղեկատվություն հրապարակող և տարածող կեղծ օգտատերերին:

Մասնավորապես՝ ս.թ. մայիսի 29-ին «Youtube» համացանցային կայքում «Qizil alma» ադրբեջանցի օգտատերը իր էջում տեղադրել է «Հայ ճարտարապետի ցնցող խոստովանությունը Երևանի մասին. Մերը չէ» խորագրով մեկ ու կես րոպե տևողության մոնտաժված տեսագրություն, որում Ագնեսսա անունով ներկայացող կինը ռուսերեն լեզվով պատասխանում է տեսագրությունը կատարող ոմն տղամարդու հարցերին: Երևանի Հանրապետության հրապարակում գտնվելիս Ագնեսսան նշում է, որ` «Երևանը նախկինում եղել է գյուղանման քաղաք: Այստեղ հայեր գրեթե չեն ապրել և զբաղվել են առևտրով»: Տեսագրության ուսումնասիրությունից դիտվում է, որ այն մոնտաժված է բնօրինակ այլ տեսագրությունից, որից վերցված են առանձին նախադասություններ և միացված իրար, որի արդյունքում խեղաթուրվել է զրույցի իմաստը և բովանդակությունը: Մոնտաժված տեսագրությունը տարածվել է ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ներով` համապատասխան հակահայկական տեքստային մեկնաբանությամբ, ըստ որի հայ կինը «բարձրաձայնում» է, որ Երևանում հայեր չեն բնակվել: Շահարկելով այդ արտահայտությունը` ադրբեջանական կողմը շեշտում է, որ դա ևս մեկ փաստ է, որ «Իրևան»-ը ադրբեջանական հին քաղաք է, որը 1918-ին փոխանցվել է հայերին:

Պարզվել է, որ իրական տեսահոլովակը կատարվել է 2020 թ. փետրվարին, այդ ժամանակ ՀՀ այցելած քաղաքների պրոբլեմները բարձրաձայնող ռուսական բլոգեր Իլյա Վառլամովի կողմից, իսկ Ագնեսսան առաջարկել իր օգնությունը` Երևանը ներկայացնելու նպատակով:

Ի.Վառլամովի տեսագրության մեջ խոսքը գնում է 1850-ական թվականներին Երևան քաղաքի այն հատվածի մասին, որտեղ նախկինում գործել է Ղանթարի շուկան` ներկայումս Վ.Սարգսյան փողոցի հարակից հատվածը, որի շրջակայքում հիմնականում բնակվել են պարսիկներ ¥բայց ոչ ադրբեջանցիներ¤ և հայերը այցելել են այդ վայր առևտուր անելու համար:

Նշված հանգամանքը մեկ անգամ ևս վկայում է, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը փորձում է կեղծիքների միջոցով «մխրճվել» պատմության մեջ, ինչը սակայն նրանց չի հաջողվել:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներին մեկ անգամ ևս հորդորում ենք լինել առավել զգոն, ցուցաբերել զգուշավորություն, չմատնվել խուճապի ու չտարածել նմանօրինակ տեսանյութեր, իսկ այդպիսի տեսանյութեր հայտնաբերման դեպքում ուղարկող օգտատերերի մասին տեղեկացնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությանը»:
