Ես իմ խոսքի տեր մարդ եմ. Ռոբերտ Քոչարյան

Ես պատասխանատվությունից երբեք չեմ խուսափել։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 17-ին, ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում՝ դատավոր Արսեն Նիկողոսյանի նախագահությամբ ընթացող՝ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գործով պաշտպանների բողոքի քննությանը հայտարարեց Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը։
«Նախագահ լինելու հանգամանքը պատասխանատվության ծանրագույն բեռն է ամբողջ կյանքի համար, եւ ամեն մի քայլ անելուց մտածում ես, թե ինչպես կընկալվի եւ ինչ արձագանք կարող է ունենալ, որովհետեւ հասկանում ես, որ գտնվում ես հասարակության խոշորացույցի տակ, սա լրացուցիչ ինքնասահմանափակումներ է առաջացնում յուրաքանչյուր մարդու համար, ով բարձր պաշտոն է զբաղեցրել։ Ինձ համար համար դա մեծագույն պատասխանատվություն է՝ լինելով ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ եւ Արցախի առաջին նախագահ, թե ինչ վարքագիծ կդրսեւորեմ, եւ ինչպիսի հանրային արձագանք կլինի»,- ասաց երկրորդ նախագահը։

Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը նշեց, որ թե իր կողմնակիցների, թե մարդկանց կողմից, ովքեր իրեն չեն ընդունում, կա ձեւավորված մի կարծիք, որ ինքը խոսքի տեր մարդ է եւ երբեք պատասխանատվությունից չի խուսափի։

«Սա բրենդ է, որը ձեւավորվել է իմ կենսագրության եւ իմ անվան շուրջ։ Սա ինձ համար չափազանց մեծ արժեք ունեցող բրենդ է եւ որեւէ քայլ, որը կարող է այս ընկալման վերաբերյալ ինչ-որ տեղ կասկածներ առաջացնել, ուղղակի բացառվում է։ Ինձ համար տհաճ է, որ ես պետք է դատարանում կանգնեմ եւ այդ հանգամանքի կարեւորությունը փորձեմ բացատրել՝ օգտագործելով ինչ-որ բառապաշար»,- ասաց Քոչարյանը։

Նախագահող դատավորը հետաքրքրվեց, թե ինչո՞ւ է տհաճ իր համար. «Դուք կանգնած եք պետության ամենակարեւոր ինստիտուտներից մեկի՝ դատարանի առաջ։ Մի պետության, որի գլուխը հանդիսացել եք երկար տարիներ, երկու պետականության առաջին դեմքն եք եղել եւ ներկայացրել եք ՀՀ-ն, սա կարեւոր չէ՞»։

«Ես չեմ ասել ,որ կարեւոր չէ, ասել եմ, որ տհաճ է, որովհետեւ ինձ թվում էր, որ դա այն բանն էր, որի բացատրության կարիքը չպետք է լինի՝ կենսագրությունից ելնելով։ Եթե ես փախչող մարդ լինեի, այդ կենսագրությունը չէի ունենա երբեք։ Գիտե՞ք՝ ժամանակակից հոգեբանությունը մարդու տեսակը բնորոշող բնավորությունն ավելի շատ բացատրում է բիոքիմիայով, այլ ոչ թե՝ դաստիարակությամբ։ Իսկ բիոքիմիան չի փոխվում, մարդ այնպիսին է, ինչպիսին կա»,- պատասխանեց Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը։

Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը նշեց, որ 1988 թվականից որեւէ մեկին առիթ չի տվել մտածելու, որ իր խոսքի տերը չի կարող լինել։

«Հարգելի դատարան, Դուք հիշո՞ւմ եք որեւէ մի դեպք, որ ես հակասել եմ ինձ, այսօր արել եմ մի հայտարարություն, հաջորդ օրն՝ ուրիշ։ Չկա այդպիսի բան»,- նշեց Քոչարյանը։

Նշենք, որ դատավորը հետաքրքրվում էր ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահի վարքագծով՝ վարույթի ընթացքում։

Նշենք, որ Քոչարյանի պաշտպան Արամ Վարդեւանյանը դատարանին ներկայացրեց , թե ինչ հարաբերություններ ունի Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն անձնական երաշխավորություն ներկայացրած անձանց հետ։
