Կառավարությունը Հայաստանին կանգրեցրել է հումանիտար աղետի առաջ. Անդրանիկ Թևանյան (տեսանյութ)

Հայաստանի Կառավարությունը ձախողել է հակահամաճարակային պայքարը և փաստացի Հայաստանին կանգրեցրել է հումանիտար աղետի առաջ: Այս մասին այսօր «Կորոնավիրուսային ճգնաժամը, դրա հումանիտար և սոցիալ- տնտեսական հետևանքները» խորագրով քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց քաղաքագետ Անդրանիկ Թևանյանը:

«Հաջորդ ճգնաժամը արտաքին քաղաքականն է, որը դրսևորվում է բոլոր խոշոր խաղացողների հետ կամ հարաբերությունների լարվածությունների աճով կամ այդ հարաբերությունների սառեցմամբ»,-ասաց նա:

Նա նշեց, որ կորոնավիրուսի ճգնաժամը անդրադարձավ նաև հայ-վրացական հարաբերությունների վրա, քանի որ նրա որակմամբ՝ Հայաստանի կողմից անփույթ հայտարարություններ հնչեցին, որն էլ Հայաստանին կանգնեցրել է արտաքին քաղաքական ճգնաժամի առաջ:

Քաղաքագետը հիշեցրեց վարչապետի այն խոսքը, թե կորոնավիրուսը հնարավորություն է: Նա վերլուծեց այդ միտքը՝ ասելով, որ վարչապետը նկատի է ունեցել, որ կորոնավիրուսը հնարավորություն է քաղաքական իշխանւթյունը երկարաձգելու և ամեն գնով աթոռը պահելու համար:

«Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ արտակարգ դրությունն ընդամենը գործիք է քաղաքական իշխանության ձեռքում` սեփական իշխանության պահպանման համար, և այս իրավիճակում տեսնում ենք, թե ինչպիսի հարձակումներ կան քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների դեմ: Եթե խորհրդարանական մի ընդդիմության դեմ ֆիզիկական հարձակում տեղի ունեցավ՝ ԼՀԿ-ի մասով, ապա մյուս ամենամեծ խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության դեմ մենք տեսնում ենք քաղաքական հարձակման անթաքույց դրսևորումներ և օգտագործվում է նույն տխրահռչակ գլխավոր դատախազը»,- նշեց Թևանյանը:

Նա այս գործողությունները որակեց որպես իշխանության լեգիտիմության ճգնաժամ, և ըստ նրա` Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը լեգիտիմ չէ և տապալվել է բոլոր ոլորտներում: «Իշխանությունն էլ է ընդունում, որ իր խոսքի ուժն այլևս այն չէ, իշխանությունը չի կարողանում այնպիսի որոշումներ կայացնել, որոնք չեն հանգեցնի մեր քաղաքացիների առողջության վնասմանը և կյանքի դադարեցմանը»:

Վերջինս նշեց, որ լուծումներ գտնելու համար ակնհայտ է, որ այս պայմաններում մեծ տուժող ոլորտ է տնտեսությունը, որը ցույց է տալիս, որ աղքատության խորացումն ակնհայտ է դառնում, և Կառավարության հակահաճարակային ծրագրերը չեն տվել իրենց արդյունքները: Ըստ նրա՝ այս իշխանությունը չի կարող ներքին ռեսուրսներով բարելավել տնտեսական ճգնաժամը, իսկ արտաքին օգնություն սպասել չի կարելի, քանի որ այս իշխանությանը ոչ ոք լուրջ չի վերաբերվում:
