ՀՀ դատախազը հաստատեց, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նկատմամբ սկսված քրեական հետապնդումը քաղաքական է

Թեև իշխող քաղաքական ուժը հայտարարում է, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նկատմամբ
քրեական հետապնումը քաղաքական ենթատեքստ չունի, ավելին, ԱԺ«Իմ քայլը»
խմբակցության ղեկավար Լիլիթ Մակունցը հայտարարեց, որ հարկավոր է տարանջատել
քաղաքական քայլը քրեական գործերից, սակայն, ուշագրավ է, որ ՀՀ դատախազ
Արթուր Դավթյանն ԱԺ-ի իր եզրափակիչ ելույթում հայտարարեց, որ թեև քաջ
գիտակցում է իր պարտականությունը և նախաձեռնված գործընթացի նշանակությունը,
բայց սույն գործընթացը, ցավոք, ավելի շատ քաղաքական է: Ուշագրավ այս
հայտարարությունը, չգիտես ինչու, այդպես էլ չարժանացավ իշխող քաղաքական
ուժի մեկնաբանությանը: Սա ևս փաստում է, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նկատմամբ
կայացված որոշումը քաղաքական է և այստեղ երկու կարծիք լինել չի կարող: Հակառակ
դեպքում, եթե խոսքն, իսկապես, նախկինում, ընտրությունների ժամանակ
ընտրակաշառք բաժանելու մասին է, ապա համացանցում, հենց այդ թեմայով կան
բազմաթիվ հրապարակումներ, որոնք, ցավոք, մինչ այս պահը չեն դարձել
քննության առարկա: Ուշագրավ է, նաև, որ երբ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան»
խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մանե Թանդիլյանը ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին հարց
ուղղեց, թե ընտրակաշառքի մասով արդյո՞ք այլ կուսակցությունների կամ նրանց
ներկայացուցիչների կողմից ընտրակաշառք բաժանելու դեպքերով բացահայտումներ
կան, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազն ասաց, որ իրենք ոչ թե գնում են նման երևույթները
բացահայտելու ճանապարհով, այլ հընթացս, իրենց ձեռքի տակ հայտնվող նյութերն
են ուսումնասիրում, ինչը, համաձայնեք, առնվազն հասկանալի չէ:Ստացվում
է, որ, իսկապես, այստեղ հարցը ոչ թե նախկինում տեղի ունեցած բոլոր
ապօրինությունները բացահայտելուն է վերաբերում, այլ կոնկրետ անձերի հանդեպ
ճնշում գործադրելու խնդիր է դրված, որի մասին, ի դեպ, բազմիցս հայտարարել
են ինչպես «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության հիմնադիր և ղեկավար, ԱԺ
«Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար, պատգամավոր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը,
այնպես էլ շատ այլ ուժերի ներկայացուցիչներ:Թե նման որոշման հետևանքով
մինչև ո՞ւր կհասնեն իշխանությունները և ինչպե՞ս կզարգանան քաղաքական
գործընթացները, ցույց կտա ժամանակը: Մեկ բան հստակ է, որ այս ամենն ամենևին
էլ չի բխում երկրում արդարություն վերականգնելու, սիրո ու
հանդուրժողականության մթնոլորտ ձևավորելու հեղափոխական պահանջից, որի
հետևանքները, ցավոք, կարող են բավական ծանր լինել թե՛ երկրի, թե՛
հասարակության ապագայի համար:
