Այս իրավական ֆարսը ձեր եւ մանուկ ԱԱԾ ղեկավարի հետ միասին կհասնի մինչեւ ՄԻԵԴ՝ անգամ կյանքի գնով. Զոհրաբյան

Մենք սկսում ենք ՀՀ
գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանին անվստահություն հայտնելու գործընթաց։ Այս
մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 16-ին,ԱԺ-ի իր եզրափակիչ ելույթում ասաց ԲՀԿ
պատամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը։

«Ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել այս ընթացքում ինձ պարբերաբար
զանգահարող տարբեր իրավապաշտպաններին, փաստաբաններին, նաեւ Եվրոպական
դատարանի հետ աշխատող իմ եվրոպացի գործընկեր փաստաբաններին, որոնք հենց
հիմա պատրաստակամություն ոեն ստանձնում ԱԱԾ-ի տարածած իմ մասով այս
ծիծաղելի հայտարարության վերաբերալ դառնալ իմ անձնական պաշտպանները։ Ինձ
համար կարեւոր է, որ այս իրավական ֆուտուրիստական ֆարսը ձեր եւ ձեր մանուկ
ԱԱԾ ղեկավարի հետ միասին հասնի մինչեւ Եվրոպական դատարան, ես դա խոստանում
եմ, եթե անգամ դա իմ կյանքն արժենա։ Ինչ էլ անեք, ինչ էլ հրապարակեք, ինչ
ռեպրեսիաների էլ գնաք, մեռնելուս վերջին շնչով ասելու եմ այն ինչը մտածում
եմ»,- ասաց պատգամավորը։
Զոհրաբյանը
կրկին հիշեցրեց, թե Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի շուրջ հարուցված քրեական գործերն
ինչու հարուցվեցին. «Սա չսկսվեց այն բանից հետո, երբ շաքարամանից ի շաքար
պակասեց։ սա սկսվեց այն բանից, երբ ԲՀԿ քաղաքական խորհրդի հատուկ նիստում
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ներկայացրեց երկրի իշխանությունների տարբեր ոլորտների
ձախողումները եւ ասաց՝ լրջացեք, երկիր ենք կորցնում։ Եվ մեկ կենտրոնից
հրահանգավորված ձեւով բոլոր պատգամավորները, ավագանիները, մարզպետները,
մարզպետների բաջանաղները,  հորքուրի գանձերը, բոլոր կոֆե եփողները, կոֆե
եփողների քուղերը կոճկողները իրենց բարոյական պարտքը համարեցին սոցիալական
ցանցում ամենաանբարո հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնել»։

Անդրադառնալով իր հայտարարագրին՝ Զոհրաբյանն ասաց. «Վերջին
հայտարարագրումս որեւէ ստրոչկա չի փոխվել։ Ինչ-որ ահագնացող ձայնով տեքստեր
են կարդում. Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի միլիոնները»։

Նա բղավեց դահլիճում նստած ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արթուր Մանուկյանի
ուղղությամբ. «Դուք դերասան եք, գուցե ձեզ հանձնանարեն, դուք կարդաք։ Տեղից
չբղավեք եւ նստեք ձեր տեղը»։

ԲՀԿ պատգամավորը նշեց, որ Արթուր Դավթյանն իրավական որեւէ հիմք
չներկայացրեց, թե ինչու պիտի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին մեղադրանք ներկայացվի.
«Չկարողացաք որեւէ փաստարկ ներկայացնել, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ձեր նշած
անձին գումար է տվել՝ ընտրակաշառք բաժանելու համար։ Ձեր ներկայացրածն
ընդամենը թուղթ է, այն իրավական փաստաթուղթ չէ, այն իրավական ուժ չունի։ Ես
անհարմար եմ զգում որ ձեր կալիբրի իրավաբանին դրել են այսպիսի ծիծաղելի
իրավիճակի մեջ, ինչպես դրել էին նախորդ անգամ, երբ ստիպեցին Նիկոլ
Փաշինյանի դեմ ներկայացնել միջնորդություն։ Դուք որպես պրոֆեսիոնալ ձեր
քաղաքական մահկանացուն կնքեցիք այս դահլիճում։ Մենք սկսում ենք ձեզ
անվստահություն հայտնելու գործընթաց։ Դուք միշտ կատարել եք կեղտոտ
քաղաքական պատվեր, գիտեմ՝ ինչ քինախնդիր անձնավորություն եք»։

Զոհրաբյանը ԱԺ իր ելույթի ժամանակ հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում
ներկայացրեց. «Ձեր մանուկ ԱԱԾ-ի ղեկավարը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որ
վերծանվել են Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի… ենթադրում եմ հեռախոսազրույց է եղել, բայց
այսպես լղոզված են գրել, որ ասեն՝ խոսել ես մեկը կողքից լսել է, հետո այդ
մարդուն կբերեն, որը կասի՝ այո, տիկին Զոհրաբյան, ես լսեցի, որ դուք
ասացիք՝ սենց չի լինի էլի, առանց ընտրակաշառքի ԲՀԿ-ին ձայն չեն տալիս։
Մեր խմբակցությունում, անկեղծ ասած, պարոն Դավթյան, 2 կարծիք
կար, մի մասն ասում էր՝ չէ, պարկեշտ մարդ է, ինքը թույլ չի տա, որ իրեն
էսպես կեղտոտ եւ ամբարո ձեւով օգտագործեն։ Դուք ընտրեցիք ամենավատթարագույն
տարբերակը։ Մտքներովդ չանցնի, թե կարող եք վախեցնել, դուք մեզ
բյուրեղացրիք, այ դրա համար շնորհակալ եմ»։
