Ես ուզում եմ մենք
խոսենք իշխող ուժի ազնվության ու անկեղծության մասին, թե որքանով է այս
գործընթացն ազնիվ ու անկեղծ, եւ որքանով է այն իրավական ու քաղաքական: Այս
մասին, այսօր՝ հունիսի 16-ին, ԱԺ-ում իր ելույթում նշեց «Լուսավոր
Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարությանը:

Նրա հիշեցրեց, որ 2018-ի օգոստոսի 11-ին վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը
Իջեւանում հայտարարել էր, որ ՀՀ-ում պետք է արմատախիլ արվի ընտրակաշառքների
միջոցով ընտրությունները հաղթելու պրակտիկան եւ այն ուժերը, որոնք
ընտրակաշառքներ են բաժանել, չպետք է մասնակցեն ընտրություններին,
քաղաքականության մեջ մաս դառնան. «Արդեն 2018-ի հոկտեմբերի 18-ին «Մուլտի
գրուպ» կոնցեռնի կողմից կառուցվող խոշոր մայնինգի ֆերմայի բացմանը
Փաշինյանը ասել է՝ Հայաստանում օլիգարխներ չկան, ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ,
որ պարոն Ծառուկյանը խոշոր սեփականատեր է: 2018-ի հոկտեմբերի 8-ին Նիկոլ
Փաշինյանն ու Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ստորագրում են հուշագիր, որի 4-րդ կետում
գրված է. «Կողմերը պատրաստվում են համատեղ աշխատել մարդու իրավունքների
պաշտպանության մակարդակը բարձրացնելու, Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի
անվտանգությունն ամրապնդելու, Սփյուռքի հետ համագործակցությունը
խորացնելու, ՀՀ-ում օտարերկրյա ներդրումների իրականացմանը նպաստելու,
երկրում խորքային սոցիալ-տնտեսական բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու
ուղղությամբ»:
Արդեն 2018-ի դեկտեմբերին մեծ դեբատի ժամանակ ես պարոն Ծառուկյանին հարց եմ
տալիս՝ դուք գործարար եք, ինչու եք գալիս քաղաքականություն: Դրանից հետո
սկսվում է շատ ծանր պատերազմ «Լուսավոր Հայաստանի» եւ ԲՀԿ-ի միջեւ: Հետո
տեղի են ունենում ընտրություններ, ԲՀԿ-ն զբաղեցնում է երկրորդ տեղը:
Փաշինյանը հայտարարում է, որ ԱԺ-ն լեգիտիմ է, ամեն ինչ լեգիտիմ է,  դրա
համար պետք է առաջին ԲՀԿ-ից ընտրենք ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ:

Հետո տեղի է ունենում ԲՀԿ նախագահի ընտանիքում հարսանիք, որին
մասնակցում են քաղաքական էլիտայի ներկայացուցիչները, այդ թվում Նիկոլ
Փաշինյանը: Նրանք, որոնք այս օրերին հարցազրույցներ են տալիս Գագիկ
Ծառուկյանի մասին»,-ասաց Մարուքյանը:

Նա մի դեպք հիշեց. «Գլխավոր դատախազ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը գալիս է
խորհրդարան եւ ասում՝ թույլ տվեք քրեական հետապնդում իրականացնեմ Վարդան
Օսկանյանի նկատմամբ, որը ԲՀԿ երկրորդ համարն էր եւ հավակնում էր անգամ
նախագահական ընտրություններում լինել թեկնածու: Ասվում էր, որ Օսկանյանը
փողեր է լվացել: Դրանից առաջ իշխանությունն ասում էր, որ ԱԳ նախկին
նախարարներից Ալեքսանդր Արզումանյանն է փողեր լվանում: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը
ելույթ է ունենում, ասում է՝ Վարդան Օսկանյանը «մարտի 1»-ի մահվան
դատավճիռներ հրապարակած մարդ է, Քոչարյանի ռեժիմի ներկայացուցիչ, նա պետք է
հետապնդվի եւ ԱԺ-ն նրան պետք է հանձնի, ինչը շատ զարմանալի էր: Ես դեմ
քվեարկեցի, Օսկանյանին հանձնեցին, բայց վերջում պարզվեց, որ Օսկանյանի
գործը փակվեց:

ասել՝ բա իմացե՞լ եք, ինչ է եղել: Արդյոք օրենքի ընտրողական հանգամանք
