90-ական թվականներին մոտ 17-18 տղա էր, հիշում եմ՝ աչքիս առաջ ոնց էր
կատարվում քաղաքական ռեպրեսիաներ, ընդ որում, ես էլ էի ենթարկվել: Ազգային
ժողովում իր ելույթում ասաց «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր
Արթուր Դալլաքյանը, երբ ԱԺ-ն քննարկում էր ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի ներկայացրած
«Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին
անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու միջնորդությունը։«Այսքան բանն ասում
եմ շատ մեծ հարգանքով Ձեր նկատմամբ, չէի ուզենա այս ճանապարհը Դուք անցնեք,
որպես գործընկերներ, իմ խորհուրդն է Ձեզ՝ այդ ճանապարհով մի անցեք, չեն
հարգվելու դրանք, որովհետև այդ մարդիկ կյանքեր են խլել, տարել են շատ
մարդկանց, որտեղից հետ չեն գալու, մարդու անուններ են ջարդելու: Այսօր այդ
ռեպրեսիան ես տեսնում եմ, տեսնում եմ նաև իրավական բեսպրիդել»,-ասաց նա և
նշեց, որ դա այն ժամանակ էլ էր տեսնում, ոնց կարելի է մարդու վրա չեղած բան
կարել:«Հարգելի՛ պարոն Դավթյան, Ձեր մասնագիտական
ունակությունների վրա կասկած չունեմ, շատ ուժեղ մասնագիտական
ունակություններ ունեք, բայց չպետք է դառնաք այն գործիքը, որը պետք է
այսօրվա իշխանությունների ծառայի այլ նպատակների համար: Ունեք ժամանակ, որ
հասկանաք, հետ կանգնեք այդ ճանապարհից»,-ասաց Արթուր Դալլաքյանը և նշեց, որ
գալու է ժամանակ, որ մարդիկ հասկանան, որ այս ամենը ցիրկ է: «Պարոն
Դավթյան, մենք մեր վախերը, դեռ երիտասարդ տարիներին թողել ենք այլ
տեղերում, չկան այդ վախերը, Աստծո նկատմամբ է մնացել մի ուժեղ վախ: Ու իմ
ասելիքն է՝ հետ կանգնեք, ինչու անում եք »,-ասաց նա և, դիմելով
գործընկերներին, ասաց, որ կցանկանար խորը քննարկեն իրենց ներաշխարհում ու
