ՀՀԿ–ական «պայքարի բովով». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Արարատի մարզը հերթական անգամ ուշադրության կենտրոնում է։ Արդեն իսկ հայտնի է, որ մարզի ՀՀԿ–ական թեկնածուներ Մուրադ Մուրադյանի և Արայիկ Գրիգորյանի ու նրանց կողմնակիցների միջև տեղի է ունեցել բախում և ծեծկռտուք։
Ի դեպ, հետաքրքիր է, որ ոչ վաղ անցյալում «Հանրապետական» խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը չէր բացառել նման միջադեպերը հանրապետականների միջև՝ նշելով, թե որևէ մեկը տարատեսակ միջադեպերից ապահովագրված չէ։
Միևնույն ժամանակ այս փաստը ցույց է տալիս, որ ընտրական գործընթացները առաջիկայում համեմված են լինելու բազմաթիվ նման դեպքերով և որ ամենահետաքրքիրն է, նման միջադեպերի գլխավոր հերոսները լինելու են հենց հանրապետականները։ Այս միջադեպը հերթական անգամ վկայում է այն մասին, որ Հանրապետական կուսակցության մեջ մեծ թիվ են կազմում սեփական շահագրգռություններով հայտնված տարատեսակ անձինք, որոնք պատրաստ են խորհրդարանական մանդատի համար կատաղի պայքար մղել և թիմակիցների, և մրցակիցների հետ։
Նման միջադեպերը գալիս են ապացուցելու այն փաստը, որ Հանրապետականի կուռ և գաղափարական պլատֆորմն ընդամենը չափազանցված հռետորաբանություն է, քանի որ այս կուսակցության շարքերը համալրված են անձանցով, ովքեր վայրկենական կարող են հայտնվել այլ ճամբարում, եթե ինչ–որ կերպ կուսակցության որդեգրած ճանապարհը կվնասի նրանց շահերին։ Նման չինովնիկներն ու գործարարները, բնականաբար, չեն կարող ոչ միայն Հանրապետականի, այլև ցանկացած այլ կուսակցության համար կայուն հիմք լինել։
Մյուս կողմից նման միջադեպերը ավելի են պարզեցնում իրավիճակը Հանրապետականի վերին էշելոնների համար, քանի որ այսօրինակ դեպքերից են պարզ դառնում այն անհատները, որոնք առավել օգուտ կարող են բերել կուսակցությանը։ Հասկանալի է, այդ օգուտը չի նշանակում կուսակցության վարկանիշի աճ կամ քաղաքական կապիտալ, այլ ընդամենը ցույց է տալիս, թե որ գործիչները կարող են ավելի շատ ձայներ ապահովել, ուղղորդել ընտրողներին և այլն։
Սակայն մյուս կողմից՝ ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգի հետ կապված այս միջադեպերը որոշակիորեն ջլատում են Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը, քանի որ ինչպես արդեն նշվեց, այստեղ հավաքված են անհատներ, ովքեր հետապնդում են իրենց անձնական շահերը, իսկ այն պահից սկսած, երբ կուսակցությունը այս կամ այն կերպ չի ապահովում այդ շահը, վերջիններս պարզապես կարող են հեռանալ կուսակցությունից։ Նման շրջադարձի պարագայում Հանրապետականը զրկվում է իր հիմնական ձայն ապահովողներից, քանի որ որևէ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ այս կուսակցության իշխանությունը հիմնված է տարբեր հեղինակությունների, գործարարների ու պարզապես հարուստների վրա, որոնք էլ ապահովում են հիմնական ընտրազանգվածը։
Թե ինչ կլինի Հանրապետականի հետ գլխավոր ձայն բերողներին կորցնելու պարագայում, ըստ էության, այնքան էլ դժվար չէ կանխատեսել։
