Արցախի ԱԺ պատգամավորը կոչ է անում միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ գալիք ուսումնական տարին բնականոն սկսելու համար

Հեռավար կրթական համակարգի ներդրումը միանշանակ չի ընդունվում մասնագետների և ծնողների կողմից: Պարզվում է, որ կան հարցեր, որոնց արժե ուշադրություն դարձնել, քանի որ, եթե դրանք անտեսվեն, ապա կարող են հետագայում իրենց ազդեցությունը թողնել երեխայի բնականոն զարգացման վրա:

ԱՀ ԱԺ «Արդարություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանը Ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական ցանցի իր էջում հրապարակել է կրթական համակարգի չորս հիմնախնդիրների շուրջ վերջին երկու օրերի ընթացքում ծավալված բուռն քննարկման արդյուքները։

Քննարկումից պարզ է դարձել, որ ծնողներին և ուսուցիչներին առավել անհանգստացնում է նոր կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի պայմաններում հեռավար ուսուցմանը վերաբերող հարցերը։

Կիսելով ուսուցիչների և ծնողների անհանգստությունը, որպես մաթեմատիկայի ուսուցչուհի և երկու դպրոցահասակ երեխաների ծնող, Մ. Հակոբյանը ներկայացրել է հեռավար կրթության իրականացման անարդյունավետությունը հանրակրթության տեսանկյունից և դրա կործանարար ազդեցությունը երեխայի կրթության և դաստիարակության վրա։

Պատգամավորի դիտարկամամբ հեռավար ուսուցման պրակտիկա կրթության ոլորտում թեև օգտագործվում է, սակայն դրա կիրառումը դպրոցում որպես միակ և հիմնական մեթոդ ուղղակի անընդունելի է։

Քննարկման արդյունքում մասնակիցները հանգել են ներկակացված հետևություններին՝

1) Հնարավոր չէ դասարանի բոլոր աշակերտներին միաժամանակ ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել, բացառվում է քննարկում կատարելը, որից տուժում է աշակերտի ինքնուրույն մտածողությունը։

2) Դպրոց չգնալը, զանգից հետո դասարան չմտնելը, ուսուցչի անմիջական վերահսկողությունից զրկված լինելը և բազմաթիվ այլ գործոնների բացակայությունը խաթարում են երեխայի հոգեֆիզիկական զարգացումը և դաստիարակվելու ունակությունը։

3) Հեռավար ուսուցման պայմաններում տուժում է, եթե ոչ իսպառ բացակայում է կրթության դիդակտիկ բաղադրիչը։

4) Եթե այս ամենին գումարենք նաև, որ հեռավար կրթության ժամանակ բացակայում է նաև գիտելիքների չափման հստակ մեխանիզմը, ապա ակնհայտ է, որ կարճ ժամանակում (մինչև համավարակի ակնկալվող ավարտը) մենք կփլուզենք առանց այդ էլ ոչ ամուր հիմքերի վրա գտնվող կրթական համակարգը։

Բացի այդ, հաշվի առնելով բազմաթիվ մանկավարժների, ծնողների, ինչպես նաև Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցության մանկավարժական մասնագիտական խմբի կարծիքը, Մ. Հակոբյանը կոչ է անում իշխանություններին աշխատանքներ սկսել համավարակի պայմաններում համաճարակաբանական անվտանգության ապահովման և գալիք ուսումնական տարին բնականոն ընթացքով սկսելու համար։
