Առողջապահության նախարարի տեղակալը ԵՊԲՀ-ի հետ կապված պատմության մասին

Առողջապահության նախարարի տեղակալ Արտյոմ Սմբատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

«Հարգելի գործընկերներ,

Ստորև ներկայացնեմ իրականությունը երեկվա հրապարակման հետ կապված.

Մարտի վերջին իմ ստորագրությամբ շրջանառվել է մի գրություն որով առաջարկվել է բոլոր բժշկական հաստատություններին առանձնացնել տարածքներ (մեկուսարաններ) COVID-19 պացիենտներին բժշկական օգնություն տրամադրելու համար: Միևնույն ժամանակ ֆեյսբուքյան լուսանկարներում հրապարակվում է ԵՊԲՀ-ի մի տարածք, որը ըստ հրապարակման, նախկին ճաշարանն է, վերապրոֆիլավորված մեկուսարանի` կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդություն ունեցող քաղաքացիների համար:

Ապրիլի առաջին օրերից սկսած` առողջապահության նախարարության բժշկական տրիաժի մասնագետները գրեթե ամենօրյա պարբերականությամբ ստացել են COVID-19 հաստատված պացիենտների տեղափոխման հայտեր ԵՊԲՀ մեկուսարանից դեպի այլ հիվանդանոցներ: Ստացվել է, որ մեկուսարանը գործել է կորոնավիրուսի կասկածով հոսպիտալացված և նմուշառման պատասխանին սպասող անձանց համար:

Այնուհետև, անցած շաբաթվա վերջին համալսարանի պաշտոնատար անձանց հետ խոսելու ժամանակ, ինձ համար ՆՈՐ պարզ է դարձել, որ փաստացի ԵՊԲՀ-ն ունի երկու տարածք` մեկը այն մեկուսարանը, որտեղից հոսպիտալացված COVID-19 հաստատված պացիենտները տեղափոխվել են երկու ամիս շարունակ և դրանից ԶԱՏ ևս մեկ տարածք, որի լուսանկարները հրապարակվել են դեռևս մարտին: Տվյալ տեղեկատվությունը իմանալուն պես մեր կողմից անմիջապես առաջարկվել է գործարկել երկու տարածքը հետևյալ սկզբունքով` 10 հոգու համար նախատեսված մեկուսարանը, որտեղից երկու ամիս է տեղափոխվում են հաստատված պացիենտները` օգտագործել կորոնավիրուսի հիվանդության կասկածով պացիենտների հոսպիտալացման համար, իսկ 10 հոգու համար նախատեսված վերապրոֆիլավորված նախկին ճաշարանը համալրել համապատասխան անձնակազմով և իրականացնել COVID-19 հաստատված պացիենտների հոսպիտալացում և բուժում:

Այսպիսով լեգիտիմ հարց է առաջանում, գուցե ԵՊԲՀ-ում ծավալվում է կամ ծավալված է ևս մեկ` 3 րդ համալրված տարածք` օրինակ չօգտագործվող լսարանում:

Ինչևէ, կոչ եմ անում տարատեսակ ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումների փոխարեն, ժամանակը ծախսել միայն մեր քաղաքացիների առողջության պահպանմանը և համավարակի տարածման կանխարգելմանն ուղղված միջոցառումների վրա` կատարելով ՀՀ կառավարության և լիազոր մարմնի բոլոր ցուցումները:

Հ.Գ. ի դեպ, երեկ ԵՊԲՀ-ի ղեկավար անձնակազմի հետ հանդիպումը եղել է ջերմ և կառուցողական մթնոլորտում և ուղղված է եղել վերոհիշյալ միջոցառումների կատարմանը և իրագործմանը: Ես ընդհանրապես չէի անդրադառնա քաղաքացի Վահան Արծրունու ֆեյսբուքյան հրապարակմանը, եթե չտեսնեի ԵՊԲՀ աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Շուշան Դանիելյանի մարտնչող գրառումները»:
