Կարելի է՞ ապաքինվածին տրամադրել կանաչ քարտ և թույլ տալ հանելու դիմակը

Վարչապետի կոչով սոցցանցում բորբոքվող ֆլեշմոբը սպառնում է զանգվածային հոգեխանգարման վերածվել։ Մարդիկ տենդագին տարածում են անդիմակ-անձենոց, միմյանց մոտ կանգնած-նստած մարդկանց։ Մյուսները սկսում են փնտրել «գործ տվողին» նրան հանդիմանելու-պատժելու համար։ Զուգահեռաբար՝ մամուլում հայտնվում է հրապարակում, որ կորոնավիրուսային գանգատներ ունեցողին օգնություն չի ցուցաբերվում բժիշկների կողմից։ Ե՞րբ են կառավարությունը, առողջապահության օղակները անցնելու իրենց բուն գործառույթների կատարմանը, և ինչպե՞ս անել, որ այս ֆլեշմոբը պոզիտիվ նստվածք թողնի սոցիալ հոգեբանության վրա։

Փա՜ռք Աստծո։ Առողջապահության նախարարությունը համավարակի 4 ամսում, երբ տասնյակ հազարավոր վարակված կա, եռանիշ թվերով մահեր, որոշեց կազմել և առաջիկայում առաջնային օղակի բժշկին տրամադրել կորոնավիրուսի բուժումը կազմակերպելու ուղեցույց։ Այսուհետև բժիշկը կիմանա, թե ինչպես է կազմակերպելու կորոնավիրուսային գանգատ ունեցողի բուժումը։ Այս մասին երեկ երեկոյան, պարետատան ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարեց Առողջապահության նախարարը։

Հարց է ծագում. Եթե նոր են կազմում բուժումը կազմակերպելու ուղեցույցը, ապա կարելի՞ ենթադրել, որ առաջնային օղակի բժիշկը մինչ օրս չգիտեր, թե ինչպես կազմակերպել կորոնավիրուսային գանգատ ունեցողի բուժումը։ Եվ եթե բժիշկը չգիտեր, ապա պարետը, նախարարը, 8003 թեժ գծի ինքնապատասխանիչը ինչպե՞ս էին 3 ամիս շարունակ խորհուրդ տալիս նման գանգատ ունեցողին դիմելու իրենց բժշկին։

Նշենք, որ բազմաթիվ բողոքների կողքին կան նաև դրական արձագանքներ առաջնային օղակի բժշիկներից, որոնք չեն սպասել ուղեցույցին, կորոնավիրուսային գանգատ ունեցողին նշանակել են դեղորայքային բուժում, որի արդյունքում շատերն ապաքինվել են, չհասնելով հիվանդանոցներ։ Հաշվի առնենք նաև այն, որ բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ բժշկի չեն դիմել, այլ զբաղվել ինքնաբուժությամբ, ինչպես երեկ նշեց նախարարը։ Եթե գումարենք նաև վարչապետի այն դիտարկումը, թե վարակվածների 80 տոկոսն աննկատ է տանում վարակը, ապա կարելի է պնդել, որ ապաքինվածների թիվը շատ մեծ է։

Նույնիսկ, եթե հիմք ընդունենք միայն պաշտոնական վիճակագրությունը, թե ընդամենը 3513-ն են ապաքինվել, ապա արդյո՞ք նրանց և հիվանդին ու ռիսկի գոտում գտնվողին մի արշինով չափելը ճիշտ է։ Միգուցե ապաքինվածներն ա՞յլ վերաբերմունքի են արժանի, հաշվի առնելով, թե ինչ ծանր փորձության ու սթրեսի միջով են անցել։ Օրինակ՝ կարելի է՞ բուժվածներին տրամադրել ժամանակավոր կանաչ քարտ, որը կնշանակի՝ նրանք բուժել են և ժամանակավորապես վարակի տարածման աղբյուր չեն։ Դա պոզիտիվ տրամադրություն կներշնչի ժողովրդին, որ ելք կա, ահա մեկը, որն անցել է, հաղթել է վիրուսին, վարակ չի կարող տարածել, հարկ չկա խուսափելու նրանից։ Հետևաբար՝ կարելի՞ է թույլ տալ նրան հանելու դիմակ-ձեռնոցը, քանի որ նա վարակ չի տարածում և վիրուսի հանդեպ ձեռք է բերել ժամանակավոր իմունիտետ։ Եթե այդպես լինի, ապա սոցցանցում դիմակ-ձեռնոց չկրող, միմյանց մոտ կանգնած-նստած մարդկանց նկարները կխոսեն ոչ թե մարդկանց կարգազանցության մասին, այլ կվկայեն, թե ինչքան մարդ է հաղթել համավարակի դեմ մղվող համաշխարհային պատերազմի հայկական ճակատում։ Այդ նկարները կբարձրացնեն ժողովրդի մարտական ոգին (դուխը) և սոցիալական պատասխանատվությունը, հույս կներշնչեն, որ ընդհանուր հաղթանակը մոտ է, որ շուտով՝ (ամիսներ անց) համատարած պատվաստվելուց հետո, բոլորս կհանենք դիմակ-ձեռնոցը, կվերգտնենք մեր նախկին կերպը, ձեռքով կբարևենք, կգրկենք-կհամբուրենք սիրելիին, դստերը, քրոջը, ծնողին, ծանոթին, ինչպես նաև՝ իտալացի աղջկան Ռիալտոյի կամրջի վրա, ու կազդարարենք համավարակի դեմ համամարդկային պայքարի վերջնական հաղթանակը։
