Հակաճգնաժամային ծրագրերի վրա 280 մլն դոլար չի ծախսվել, բայց մենք հիմա այդ փողը ԱՄՀ-ից վերցնում ենք. Մարուքյան

Մենք ունեցել ենք տոտալ սահմանափակումներ, երբ մարդիկ տանը նստել են եւ սկսվել են սոցիալական խնդիրները մեծ թափով աճել՝ գործազրկություն, առօրյա հացի խնդիր եւ այլն: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հունիսի 5-ին, ԱԺ-ում ավանդական ճեպազրույցների ժամանակ նշեց «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը:

Նրա խոսքով, իշխանությունները, որպեսզի չֆինանսավորեն, որ մարդիկ մնան, տանը, բացել են տնտեսությունը: «Բոլոր հակաճգնաժմային ծրագրերը եղել են անարդյունավետ: Չկա մի մարդ, որ փողոցում հարցնես, ասի՝ արդյունավետ են եղել: Մենք առաջարկել ենք ուղղակի աջակցել ընտանիքներին: Կառավարությունը որ չգնա այդ ճանապարհով, բացել է տնտեսությունը եւ ունենք այն, ինչ ունենք:

Հիմա երկու շաբաթով նորից փակելն անիմաստ է, պետք է երկար փակել, եթե փակում ես: Եվ պետք է մարդկանց ֆինանսավորել, կոմունալները վճարել, հարկային ու վարկային արձակուրդներ տալ: Հիմա հարցնում եք՝ կարո՞ղ ենք նորից փակել: Կարող ենք, եթե բոլորին փող տանք: Ես շարունակում եմ պնդել, որ ունենք փող: Ունենք նաեւ վարկ վերցրած փող կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարի համար»,-ասաց Մարուքյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ 280 մլն դոլար փող են վերցնում ԱՄՀ-ից. «Եթե նայենք բացատրությունը, թե ինչու ենք այդ փողը վերցնում, մեջը այս 14 ծրագրերն է գրված: Այսինքն սա նշանակում է, որ պետությունն ուզում է այդ փողը պոստֆակտում վերցնի եւ այդ ծրագրերն արդեն իրացվել է: Այդ ծրագրերի վրա 280 մլն դոլար չի ծախսվել, բայց մենք հիմա այդ փողը վերցնում ենք: Կա փող, եթե փակում ենք, պետք է տանք մարդկանց, որ տանը մնան: Եթե մարդկանց փող չտվեցինք, մարդիկ տանը չեն մնալու, ինչպես եղել է: Մարդիկ անհնազանդություն են ցուցաբերում, երբ դու իրեն չես աջակցում, որ ինքը տանը նստի: Եթե լուսի մարդը գալիս լույսն անջատում է, մարդը ոնց կարա տանը մնա: Դուրս է գալիս, հետո էլ ասում են՝ մեր ժողովուրդը կարգապահություն չունի, տեսեք Գերմանիայում ինչպես են մնում տանը: Գերմանիայում մնացել են տանը, որովհետեւ տրվել է փող»»,-ընդգծեց ԼՀԿ ղեկավարը:
