Մենք ունենք իրավիճակ, որը բնութագրվում է ծանր, շատ ծանր այդ թվում պատերազմական, կարծում եմ այս պահին առավել քան երբեւէ մեզ պետք է հանգստություն եւ սթափ դատողություն։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 4–ին, ԱԺ ամբիոնից հայտարարեց ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանը։

«Հատկապես այսպիսի ոչ սովորական իրավիճակներում, չի կարող գործին որեւէ օգուտ տալ խուճապը։ Այստեղ որքան վնասակար է անլրջությունը եւ ավելի թույլ գնահատումը, նույնքան եւ գուցե եռակի ավելի վնասակար կլինի գույների անհարկի խտացումը, ավելի ծանր գնահատումը, քան կա իրավիճակը։ Պարոն Բաբաջանյան, գեղեցիկ էր ձեր խոսքը, բայց անտեղի, որովհետեւ չկա այդպիսի իրավիճակ, որ ԱԺ նիստերի դահլիճը տրամադրվի հիվանդներին, մի՛ արեք այդպես, մի՛ արեք այդպես, հարգելի գործընկերներ»,-ասաց Արարտ Միրզոյանը:
