Հետայսու ամեն մի մահի պատասխանատուն վարչապետն է․ իր որոշմամբ՝ պետությունը որոշեց պայքարել ոչ թե համաճարակի դեմ, այլ ուշացումով արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարել․ Անդրանիկ Թևանյան

«Պոլիտէկոնոմիա» ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, քաղաքագետ Անդրանիկ Թևանյանն «ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական ցանցի իր էջում անդրադարձել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններին, թե առողջապահական համակարգն արդեն ճկվել է և հոսպիտալացման կարիք ունեցողների համար կարող են ազատ մահճակալներ չլինել։

Քաղաքագետը մասնավորապես գրել է․

«Այսօր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ առողջապահական համակարգը ճկվել է և կան հոսպիտալացման կարիք ունեցող մարդիկ, որոնց չեն կարողանում հոսպիտալացնել, քանզի ֆիզիկական կարողությունները չեն բավականացնում։

Փաստորեն, մեր առողջապահական համակարգը այսօրվանից պաշտոնապես անցնում է, ինչպես առողջապահության նախարարն ասաց, հիվանդների սորտավորման։ Կբուժեն նրանց, ովքեր բուժվելու ավելի մեծ շանս ունեն, իսկ ովքեր չունեն՝ կթողնեն, որ մահանա։

Դա նշանակում է, որ կարող են արձանագրվել մահվան դեպքեր զուտ այն պատճառով, որ մարդկանց պարզապես բժշկական օգնություն չեն տրամադրել։ Այսինքն՝ մենք հիմա ընկնում ենք Իտալիայի օրը, ինչի մասին վաղուց էինք զգուշացնում ու կոչ անում պետական, հանրային ռեսուրսներն ուղղել համաճարակային պատերազմում չպարտվելու, այլ ոչ թե այս ընթացքում մեր երկիրն է՛լ ավելի պառակտելու համար։ Չարվեց։

Հետայսու ամեն մի մահի համար թիվ մեկ պատասխանատուն դառնում է վարչապետը, որովհետև ի՛ր որոշմամբ պետությունը որոշեց պայքարել ոչ թե համաճարակի դեմ, այլ գնալ հանրաքվեի, ուշացումով արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարել ու այդ ընթացքում մատների արանքով նայել ամեն ինչին, ատելություն տարածել, չմոբիլիզացնել մեր երկրի բոլոր կարողությունները, հակապետական օրենքներ անցկացնել և կատաստրոֆայի հանդիպելուց հետո «անգիտակից» ժողովրդին մեղադրել։

Պառակտող ղեկավարը չի՛ կարող պարտության չտանել պետությունը։ Դրա համար էլ բուժօգնություն չեն տրամադրելու շատերին՝ դառնալով մահվան պատճառ։
