18-20 հազար ասիմպտոմների հետքերով

Սկանդալային հայտարարություն արեց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հունիսի 1-ին պարետատան ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ. «Ըստ էության մենք այսօր արձանագրում ենք, որ հանրապետությունում մոտավորապես 18-20 հազարի կարգի կարող են ասիմպտոմ, այսինքն՝ չախտորոշված դեպքեր լինեն։ Սա այն պարագան է, երբ մարդիկ իրենք չգիտեն, որևէ կասկած չունեն ինձ նման, որ վարակված են կորոնավիրուսով»: Ի՞նչ է սա՝ համաճարակաբանական տվյա՞լ, գաղտնազերծված տեղեկատվությո՞ւն, թե՞ ենթադրություն։ Պանդեմիայի դեմ 3-ամսյա պայքարում առաջին անգամ ասիմպտոմ վարակակիրների մասին թիվ է հրապարակվում՝ 18-20 հազար։ Այն համաճարակաբանական տվյալ չի, քանի որ չի ներառվել ԱՆ հրապարակումներում և ԱՀԿ աղյուսակում։ Այն տեղեկատվություն էլ չի, քանի որ հնարավոր չի հաշվառելու ընթացքում 2 հազարի սխալանք ունենալ։ Հետևաբար՝ պարզ ենթադրություն է, որին անդրադարձավ նաև առողջապահության նախարարը. «Փաստացի՝ ցանկացած քաղաքացի կարող է լինել կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության աղբյուր, որը մենք չգիտենք։ Այսինքն՝ մենք չենք կարող այդ քաղաքացու դեմքին նայելով, կամ որևէ այլ ցուցանիշով, պարզել՝ նա կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդություն ունի՞, թե՞ չունի։ Եվ հենց այդպիսի քաղաքացիներն են հաճախ հանդիսանում վարակի տարածման աղբյուր»։ Կառավարությունն այս մարտահրավերի հարցում կարող է ընդօրինակել այլ երկրների փորձը, ինչպես ընդօրինակել են ասիմպտոմներին տուն ուղարկելու պրակտիկան։ Որոշ երկրներում ասիմպտոմ վարակակիրները հայտնաբերվում են զանգվածային թեստավորում կազմակերպելով։ Կանխատեսելի է, որ ասիմպտոմների թվերը հրապարակելուց հետո Հայաստանում թեստավորման թվերը կբազմապատկվեն, ինչի մասին նշված ճեպազրույցում ակնարկեցին պարետն ու նախարարը։ Եվրոպական երկրներում լայնորեն կիրառվող հաջորդ միջոցառումը արյան հետազոտությունն է։ Եթե պարզվում է, որ մարդու արյան մեջ առկա են հակամարմիններ, նշանակում է՝ նա ասիմպտոմ կամ թեթև-աննկատ է անցկացրել վարակը և ժամանակավորապես պաշտպանված է վիրուսով հիվանդանալուց (պնդում են վարակաբանները)։ Ենթադրելի է, որ առաջիկայում լաբորատորիաներում զանգվածաբար կկազմակերպվեն արյան հետազոտություններ (առողջապահության նախարարության խոսնակը տեղեկացրել է, որ հարցը քննարկվում է)։ Նշված միջոցառումները իրականացնելու համար նախարարը պետք է ապահովի լաբորատորիաներին հակամարմինների հետազոտություններն իրականացնելու նյութերով։ Դրանից հետո վարչապետը, ենթադրաբար, կոչ կանի քաղաքացիներին՝ հերթագրվել-այցելել լաբորատորիաներ և հետազոտվել։ Արդյունքում՝ համավարակի պատկերը կամբողջանա, ասիմպտոմների և անցկացրածների թվերը կճշգրտվեն, կույր պայքարը կմտնի կանխատեսելի հուն, իսկ անորոշության վախերը կմեղմվեն, քանի որ մարդն ամեն ինչ կիմանա՝ վարակակի՞ր է, թե՞ վարակվել-անցել է։ Իսկ ովքեր չեն ուզենա իրենց և ժողովրդի առողջության մասին ճշգրիտ պատկերն իմանալ, կարող են մնալ դիմակ-ձեռնոցի մեջ, մինչև կհնչի վիրուսի նահանջի շեփորը։
