Համագործակցելու սովետահպատակի բարդույթի, համատարած հետազոտությունների անհրաժեշտության և վարչապետի ապաքինմամբ ազդարարվելիք նահանջի մասին

Այսօրվա դրությամբ՝ ընդհանուր առմամբ կատարվել է 58.668 թեստավորում: Չճշտված տվյալներով՝ Հայաստանում այսօր կա չինական, լեհական և ռուսական արտադրության մոտ 40 հազար թեստ։ Իսկ 2 օր առաջ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ Հայաստանում Մոլեկուլային կենսաբանության ինստիտուտն ավարտել է թեստերի տեղական արտադրության լաբորատոր փորձարկումները և պատրաստ է օրական 1000-2000 թեստ արտադրել։ Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանին օգնելու Վրաստանի պատրաստակամությանը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նկատեց՝ համավարակի առաջին օրվանից սերտորեն համագործակցել են Վրաստանի կառավարության հետ, և եթե ծագի նման անհրաժեշտություն, կարող են լինել քայլեր, «բայց մենք հույս ունենք, որ նման անհրաժեշտություն չի ծագի»։ Հիշեցնենք, որ մայիսի 28-ին Վրաստանն առաջարկել էր օգնություն, մասնավորապես՝ թեստավորման և այլ խնդիրների հետ կապված։

Որտեղի՞ց է բխում մեր կառավարության ինքնավստահությունը։ Ի՞նչ հիմքով է մերժում համավարակի դեմ արդյունավետ պայքարող երկրներից առաջարկվող աջակցությունը։ Եթե Հայաստանում այդքան շատ թեստ կա և թեստերի արտադրություն, ապա ինչո՞ւ չեն բազմապատկում թեստավորումները, կանխում հիվանդությունը զարգացման նախնական փուլում ու նվազեցնում ռիսկերը։ Եթե վրացական օժանդակությունը կամ հաջողության բանաձևի կիրառումը կարող է մեկ պացիենտի ապաքինմանը նպաստել, ապա այդ օգնությունը պետք է ընդունել առանց մեկնաբանությունների։ Դա ամենևին չի նշանակի, որ Հայաստանը Վրաստանից թույլ կամ հետամնաց երկիր է։ Դա կնշանակի, որ կառավարությունը աշխարհի հետ համագործակցելու սովետահպատակի բարդույթ չունի և հասկանում է, որ պանդեմիան կարող է հաղթահարվել միջազգային հանրության համատեղ ջանքով, փոխօգնությամբ։

Այսօր հայտնի դարձավ, որ վարչապետի ընտանիքն ասիմպտոմ տանում է վարակը։ Հարկ է հիշեցնել, որ կորոնավիրուսն արդեն 3 ամիս ապրում է մեր կողքին, ավելի ճիշտ՝ մեր մեջ։ Եվ ենթադրելի է, որ մարդկանց մեծ մասն աննկատ է տարել վարակը։ Սա նկատի ունենալով, բազմաթիվ երկրներում թեստավորումից բացի, համատարած կատարվում են արյան հետազոտություններ։ Եթե պարզվում է, որ արյան մեջ առկա են հակամարմիններ, նշանակում է՝ մարդն անցել է վարակի միջով և դուրս է եկել ռիսկի գոտուց։ Եթե պարզվում է, որ ժողովրդի մեծ մասն է անցել, ապա մեղմվում են միմյանց հետ շփվելու վախերը։ Եկեք հասկանանք, որ պանդեմիան կավարտվի միջազգային հանրության համատեղ ջանքով և սոցիալական վախերի հաղթահարմամբ։ Այս ամենը համադրելով, կանխատեսելի է, որ առաջիկայում կբազմապատկվեն թեստավորումները, իսկ մոտ երկու շաբաթ անց վարչապետի ընտանիքը, և նրանց օրինակով՝ ժողովրդի մեծ մասը կհանձնեն արյան հետազոտություններ։ Եթե պարզվի, որ վարչապետն ու ժողովրդի մեծ մասն անցել են վարակի միջով, ապա վարչապետի ապաքինմամբ կհնչի վիրուսի նահանջի շեփորը, Հայաստանը կստանա միջազգային հերթական շոշափելի աջակցությունը, և համավարակի դեմ պայքարը կմտնի վճռական փուլ։
