Ալիեւը փորձում է փրկել իրեն եւ Ադրբեջանը

Ինչու է Ալիեւն ուժգնացնում ռազմական հռետորաբանությունն ու պատմական նկրտումները, որոնք այլ կերպ, քան պարզապես զառանցանք հնարավոր չէ գնահատել: Բայց նաեւ կասկածից վեր է, որ դա զառանցանք չէ, այլ նպատակային քաղաքականություն:

Այդ քաղաքականության ներքին մոտիվը հասկանալի է: Ալիեւը հորից իշխանությունը ժառանգելուց ի վեր գործնականում ունի մեծ խնդիր՝ ադրբեջանցիների ինքնության հարցը: Ադրբեջանն ըստ էության արհեստական կազմավորում է, որի գլխին հանգամանքների բերումով հայտնվել է Իլհամ Ալիեւը եւ ստիպված է պահել իշխանության հարցը: Իշխանության հարցը լուծելու համար նա պետք է լուծի արհեստական կազմավորման բնակչության ինքնության հարց, առավել եւս, երբ կա մեկ այլ նուրբ հանգամանք: Ադրբեջանն ունի էթնիկ փոքրամասնություններ, որոնք ինքնության խնդրի առումով առաջ են Ադրբեջան կոչված պետությունից: Դա մահացու վտանգ է Ալիեւի համար, թե ներքին, թե արտաքին առումով, որովհետեւ արհեստական կազմավորումը պարզապես կարող է չդիմանալ նոր աշխարհակարգի ձեւավորման բարդ գործընթացներին:

Ալիեւը լավ է հասկանում, որ այդ գործընթացում Արցախը կորցրել է վաղուց, նա այժմ փորձում է լուծել Ադրբեջանը պահելու խնդիր: Առանց այդ ինքնության Ադրբեջանը քանդվելու է, կամ Ալիեւը վերածվելու է պարզապես նոր աշխարհակարգի խամաճիկի, ինչի վտանգները նա լավ է պատկերացնում, եթե անգամ խամաճիկ է Թուրքիայի ձեռքին:

Ադրբեջանական ինքնության խնդրի այլ հիմք, քան հայերի հանդեպ նկրտումները, Ալիեւը չունի: Լավ է դա, թե վատ, քննարկելը թերեւս ավելորդ է: Դա փաստ է, որն ունի օբյեկտիվ հիմքեր, մասնավորապես հայկական հաղթանակի տեսքով:

Ալիեւը ինքնությունը փորձում է կառուցել նաեւ հայերի հանդեպ ատելության վրա, բայց դա կարճաժամկետ հանգամանքն է, քանի որ անընդհատ ատելությունը ի վերջո գեներացնում է նաեւ շատ կոնկրետ գործողության սպասում, իսկ Ալիեւը պատկերացնում է, որ գործողության հնարավորությունը սուղ է մի շարք պատճառներով: Ըստ այդմ, պետք է կատարվի անցումը ակտիվ ատելությունից ակտիվ պատմական նկրտումների, ատելությունն այսպես ասած կառավարելի պահելու համար:

Ինքնության այդ հիմքը Ալիեւի համար հղի է արտաքին լուրջ խնդիրներով, բայց փոխարենը կօգնի լուծել ներքին խնդիրներ: Իսկ նրա համար կարեւոր է հենց դա:

Երեւանի համար դա չի փոխում իրերի դրությունն ու գլխավոր անելիքը՝ առաջնորդվել Ադրբեջանի հարձակողականության կանխավարկածով եւ մշտապես, ամեն րոպե ունակ լինել հարձակում կամ գրոհ կասեցնելու եւ հակահարվածի:

Չի կարող լինել որեւէ երկարաժամկետ պայմանավորվածության եւ համակեցության պատրանք, դա կախված չէ անգամ Ալիեւի ցանկությունից, նա բաց է թողել գնացքը բավական հեռու: Այնքան, որ նույնիսկ իր որեւէ հաջորդի համար գործնականում բացառել է այլ բանի մասին մտածելը: Դա ըստ էության նաեւ անձնական անվտանգության երաշխիք է:
