Կառավարությունը տապալել է համաճարակի դեմ պայքարը։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ուղղակի պատասխանատվություն է կրում սրա համար։

Մեր առողջապահական համակարգն այլևս չի կարողանում համարժեք արձագանքել հիվանդների քանակին (մենք դա կանխատեսել և բազմաթիվ առաջարկներ էինք ներկայացրել, սակայն արձագանք չեղավ)։

Ես հեռախոսազանգերով ու «չատով» բազմաթիվ ահազանգեր եմ ստանում այն մասին, որ առողջապահական համակարգում «բարդակ» է ու քաոս։ Արդեն սկսել են մարդկանց օգնության չհասնել, քանզի ֆիզիկապես չեն կարողանում։

Հիվանդներին չեն ընդունում հիվանդանոց, չեն վերցնում թեստեր կամ չեն հայտնում թեստերի պատասխանները։

Մեր քաղաքացիների մի մասը դեռևս թերահավատորեն է վերաբերում խնդրին՝ այդտեղից բխող հետևանքներով։ Գլխավոր պատճառն այն է, որ վարչապետն ու առողջապահության նախարարն «էն գլխից» քամահրանքով էին մոտենում խնդրին։ Քանզի քաղաքական նեղ հաշվարկը կարևորվել էր մարդկանց կյանքից ու առողջությունից։ Կա նաև անգրագիտության («այս վիրուսը վտանգավոր չէ և հատուկ միջոցառումներ պետք չեն»), գավառամտության («տնական արաղով վիրուսի հարցերը պինցետով կլուծենք») և ոչ կոմպետենտության («կորոնավիրուսն ո՞ւմ շունն է») գործոնը։

Դատելով վերջին օրերի թվերից և կանխատեսելով առաջիկա երկու շաբաթվա զարգացումները՝ կարող ենք ասել, որ մինչև հունիսի վերջ կորոնավիրուսով պայմանավորված մահերի քանակը կարող է անցնել 1.000–ից։

Աշխարհում մահացություն/վարակվածներ հարաբերակցությունը 6 տոկոսի սահմաններում է։ Դա նշանակում է, որ առաջիկա օրերին մենք կունենանք արդեն մի քանի հարյուր մահ։

Մենք հիմա կանգնած ենք կորոնավիրուսային, սոցիալ–տնտեսական և հնարավոր պատերազմական գործողությունների վերսկսման խնդիրների առաջ։ Այս կառավարությունը ամենամեծ ցանկության դեպքում անգամ չի կարող ներքին ու արտաքին մարտահրավերներին պատասխանել։

Լուծումը մեկն է՝ հակաճգնաժամային թիմի ձևավորում։ Բոլորս պետք է լծվենք կոնսոլիդացիայի ապահովմանը։ Կոնսենսուս մինուս կորոնավիրուս։
