Վերջնագիր Յուրի Խաչատուրովին

Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը նախկին արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի հետ հանձնաժողովի հեռավար հարցուպատասխանից հետո լրագրողներին ասել է, որ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը ունի հանձնաժողով ներկայանալու եւ հարցերին պատասխանելու երկու օր ժամանակ:

«Դա շատ կարևոր է, ես հիմա հայտարարություն եմ անում, հատկապես պարոն Նալբանդյանին լսելուց հետո: Կան բաներ, որ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը հանձնաժողովում պետք է պատասխանի հարցերին, դրանք այնքան կարևոր են, որ ես հիմա այս հայտարարությունն անում եմ», ասել է Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը:

Ըստ նրա, եթե Յուրի Խաչատուրովը չընդունի հրավերը, ապա եզրակացությունը կլինի առանց նրան լսելու: «Եվ այդ եզրակացությունների մեջ կլինեն եզրահանգումներ, որով պետք է զբաղվեն արդեն այլ մարմիններ: Քննիչ հանձնաժողովն այլևս անելիք չունի», հայտարարել է Քոչարյանը:

Հնչում է գրեթե վերջնագրի նման, այն իմաստով, որ Խաչատուրովի հրաժարման դեպքում նրա վրա կմնան պատասխանատվության ասպեկտներ, որոնք արդեն կարող են դառնալ այլ կառույցների ուշադրության առարկա: Եվ պետք է ենթադրել, որ խոսքն արդեն իրավապահ կառույցների մասին է: Ընդ որում հետաքրքիր է, Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությա՞ն, թե Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության:

Ի՞նչ է ասել արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը, որ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը, հղում անելով նրան, հատկապես կարեւոր է համարում Խաչատուրովի ներկայանալը: Խաչատուրովը միակ նախկին բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան է, որ մերժել է ապրիլյան հանձնաժողովի հրավերը: Անգամ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հրավերն ընդունել է, եւ նույնիսկ հայտարարել, որ արտակարգ դրությունից հետո հատուկ ապրիլյանի թեմայով մեծ ասուլիս կտա:

Յուրի Խաչատուրովի մասին արիլյան քառօրյայի վերաբերյալ եղան ամենատարբեր հրապարակումներ: Խաչատուրովը դատական հայց է ներկայացրել քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Գրիգորյանի դեմ, որը մամուլի այդ հրապարակումներին հղում անելով ասել էր, որ պատերազմի ժամանակ Խաչատուրովը տեղում չի եղել: Գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետը դա համարում է զրպարտություն:

Մի բան հստակ է, որ նա է եղել Մոսկվայում Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի հետ հրադադարի հարց քննարկողը, որի վերաբերյալ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ավելի ուշ տարօրինակ հայտարարություն էր արել, թե տեղյակ չէ Մոսկվայում այդ քննարկման մանրամասներին: Կարծես Սարգսյանն ակնարկեր, որ Յուրի Խաչատուրովի Գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարը ինքը չի եղել, այլ որեւէ այլ մեկը: Չէ՞ որ տարօրինակ է, երբ Գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարը տեղյակ չէ հրադադարի վերաբերյալ քննարկման մանրամասներին:

Մյուս կողմից, Սերժ Սարգսյանն ապրիլյանից հետո մի քանի անգամ է թափանցիկ ակնարկել պատերազմի համար Մոսկվայի պատասխանատվությունը: Այդ համատեքստու՞մ է եղել Յուրի Խաչատուրովի մոսկովյան բանակցության վերաբեյալ նրա բազմիմաստ խոսքը Կիսելյովի հետ հարցազրույցում, թե ոչ:

Ի՞նչ էր խոսել Սերժ Սարգսյանն ապրիլյան քառօրյա հանձնաժողովում, որից հետո հանձնաժողովը որոշել էր լսել նաեւ արտաքին գործերի նախարարին: Եվ ի՞նչ է ասել Նալբանդյանը Մոսկվայից, որ փաստացի վերջնագիր է ներկայացվում Յուրի Խաչատուրովին:
