Վերջին շրջանում Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանին լարվածությունն աճել է: Դրան զուգահեռ, ադրբեջանական քարոզչությունը պետական գերատեսչության մակարդակով ամեն օր հայտարարություն է տարածում, իբր հայկական կողմը դիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փորձ է կատարել, իսկ իրենք «հետ են շպրտել հակառակորդին՝ պատճառելով կորուստներ»:

Հայտարարություններին կից՝ ներկայացվում է նաև անհասկանալի տեսանյութեր, իբր կատարված գործողություններից: Այսօր ևս Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ն հայտնել է, իբր «հայկական ստորաբաժանումները փորձել են դիվերսիա կազմակերպել Թալիշի և Գյուլիստանի դիրքերի ուղղությամբ, սակայն ադրբեջանական զինուժը ՊՆ ղեկավար Զաքիր Հասանովի հրամանատարությամբ կանխել է այն»: Իհարկե, հայկական կողմից հերքվում են նման ապատեղեկատվությունները, քանի որ իրականությունը լրիվ այլ է:
