«Հրապարակ». Որոշել են թուլացնե՞լ Ավինյանի եւ Թորոսյանի դիրքերը. Սա Փաշինյանի մեսիջն է 2 ուղղությամբ

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Երկու օր է՝ պարետատան նիստերին սկսել է մասնակցել նաեւ ԱԺ առողջապահության եւ սոցիալական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Նարեկ Զեյնալյանը։ Նիստերն էլ սկսել է վարել ոչ թե պարետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը, այլ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Ասում են՝ սա յուրօրինակ մեսիջ է երկու ուղղությամբ․ մի կողմից Փաշինյանն ուզում է հասկացնել, որ դժգոհ է Ավինյանից՝ նա տապալել է կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարը, մյուս կողմից անհանգիստ է, որ պարետի պաշտոնը կարող է ամրապնդել Ավինյանի դիրքերը, եւ ինքն անձամբ վարելով նիստերն ու թույլ չտալով, որ Ավինյանը միանձնյա ղեկավարի կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարը, թուլացնում է նրան։

Մյուս կողմից էլ փորձ է արվում կոտրել նաեւ Արսեն Թորոսյանի «առողջապահական» մոնոպոլիան՝ նրա «ոխերիմ» բարեկամ Նարեկ Զեյնալյանին այս գործընթացին ներգրավելով եւ նրա դերակատարությունը եւս մեծացնելով։

Երեկ ԱԺ-ից պարետատան հերթական նիստին շտապող Նարեկ Զեյնալյանը զարմացավ, երբ ասացինք, որ տեղյակ ենք նիստերին իր մասնակցության մասին։ «Որտեղի՞ց գիտեք․․․ պարետատունն է որոշում՝ ով մասնակցի նիստերին, հրավիրել են, երեկվանից մասնակցում եմ»,- ասաց նա։

Իսկ մինչ այդ Դուք ցանկություն հայտնե՞լ էիք մասնակցել պարետատան նիստերին. «Պարետատունն է որոշում՝ ով ներգրավվի, հիմա հրավիրել են ինձ՝ մասնակցել՞։

Մեր տեղեկություններով, ամիսներ առաջ Ձեր հանձնաժողովը կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարի առաջարկների ցանկ է ներկայացրել պարետատանը, երկու փաթեթ։ Դրանցից ո՞ր մասն է ընդունվել եւ իրականացվել. «Շուտ էին ներկայացվել առաջարկները, չեմ կարող ասել՝ որ մասն է ընդունվել, բայց հաշվի առնվել են, մարտի սկզբին է ուղարկվել, մարտի վերջին է ուղարկվել, մեծ փաթեթ է»:

Գո՞հ եք, որ մի մասն ընդունվել է, մի մասը՝ ոչ. «Մասամբ հաշվի առնվել է»:

Ի դեպ, ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված, որ վարչապետն է սկսել վարել նիստերը. «Չեմ կարող ասել»:

Ինչ-որ մեսիջ կա՞ Ավինյանի, Թորոսյանի մասով, որ սկսել է ինքը վարել նիստերը, Ձեզ էլ են հրավիրում. «Էդ ամեն ինչը մեկնաբանություններ ե ն ընդամենը, ենթադրություններ են, չեմ կարող ասել»:
