Այո, համագործակցություն միշտ էլ հնարավոր է, և չի բացառվում, որ առաջիկայում էլ լինի դա: Այս մասին «Ազատություն» ՌԿ-ի եթերում հայտարարել է ՀՅԴ ԳՄ անդամ Արծվիկ Մինասյանը՝ անդրադառնալով հարցին՝ համաձա՞յն է, որ ՀՅԴ-ն դուրս է մնացել ներքաղաքական զարգացումներից, քանի որ խորհրդարանում չէ, իսկ խորհրդարանից դուրս այլ շրջանակներ են փորձում հայտ ներկայացնել, օրինակ՝ ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը, Սուրբ Աթոռում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանը:

Նա նշել է, թե ՀՅԴ-ի՝ քաղաքական զարգացումներում չլինելու մասին հայտարարությունը գուցե օրվա քաղաքական իշխանության և որոշ մարդկանց ցանկությունն է, բայց դա այդպես չէ: «Դաշնակցությունն իր գործունեությունը ծավալել է, ծավալում է, և ծավալելու է, որովհետև Դաշնակցության գործունեությունը պայմանավորված չէ միայն խորհրդարանում տեղ ունենալով կամ կառավարությւոնում լծակներ ունենալով: Դաշնակցությունն իր անելիքներն անում է. անգամ կորոնավիրուսի պայմաններում Դաշնակցության Բյուրոն հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ և կոչ արեց համայն հայությանը՝ աջակցել կորոնավիրուսի հաղթահարման ծրագրերին ՀՀ-ում: Մեկ անգամ իշխանության կողմից լսե՞լ եք շնորհակալություն»,-ասել է նա՝ նշելով, թե շատ կարևոր է, որ այսպիսի հարցով ծրարգերը փորձեն համատեղել:

«Հիմա, երբ քաղաքական ակտիվություններ կան, բնականաբար մարդկանց իրավունքն է՝ ձևավորելու, առաջ տանելու օրակարգեր: Մենք ունենք մեր օրակարգը՝ Հայաստանի հզորացումը, ժողովրդավարացումը, ՀՀ անվտանգության բարձրացումը, համահայկական համերաշխության մթնոլորտում իսկապես վերափոխումներ իրականացնելը: Համագործակցության հնարավորույթուններ այլ ուժերի հետ մենք բնականաբար տեսնում ենք, և առաջիկայում այդ թեմայով ավելի մանրամասն կխոսենք»,-նշել է Մինասյանը:

Հարցին՝ Վանեցյանի, Մինասյանի հետ համագործակցության հեռանկար տեսնու՞մ է, Մինասյանը արձագանքել է. «Մենք որևէ մեկի առաջ՝ բացառությամբ այն անձանց, ովքեր գաղափարական տեսակետից հակասության մեջ են եղել և կան, այն խմբերի կամ անձանց, որոնք կերակրվում են դրսի տարբեր կոնտրոնների կողմից, մնացածի հետ բաց ենք համագործակցության համար, բայց մեր օրակարգի շուրջ»:

Դիտարկմանը, թե կարող է, ենթադրաբար, լինել օրակարգ՝ համախմբել և այս իշխանությանը հեռացնել, այդ բևեռում տեսնու՞մ է Դաշնակցությանը, Մինասյանը պատասխանել է. «Նախ՝ իշխանությունն ամեն բան անում է, որ օր առաջ հեռանա, համենայն դեպս՝ իր վարքագիծը դա է ցույց տալիս: Երկրորդ՝ այո, դա կարող է դառնալ քաղաքական օրակարգ, և արդեն որոշ շրջանակների կողմից ներկայացվում է, բայց թե ինչպիսի ձևաչափով դա կլինի, և որ հարցերը օրակարգի առաջին պլան կմղվեն, դրանք արդեն քննարկման թեմաներ են: Այո, համագործակցություն միշտ էլ հնարավոր է, և չի բացառվում, որ առաջիկայում էլ լինի դա»,-ասաց Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:
