Պարտադիր է կանգառում դիմակ կրելը. պարետի նոր որոշումը

Պարետի՝ 2020 թվականի մայիսի 3-ի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում կիրառվող ժամանակավոր սահմանափակումների վերաբերյալ» N 63 որոշման կատարվել են հետևյալ լրացումները և փոփոխությունները.

«1) Որոշման 5-րդ կետը շարադրել հետևյալ խմբագրությամբ.

«Սահմանել, որ ՀՀ տարածքում պարտադիր է հանրային բաց վայրերում դիմակի

առկայությունը, իսկ անձնական օգտագործման մարդատար և բեռնատար

տրանսպորտային միջոցներում՝ դիմակ կրելը, եթե վարորդից բացի մեքենայում առկա է առնվազն մեկ ուղևոր: Հանրային տրանսպորտի դեպքում գործում են Հավելված N 13-ով սահմանված կանոնները»:

2) Որոշման Հավելված N 6-ի նախաբանում 1-ին պարբերությունից հետո ավելացնել 2- րդ պարբերությունը հետևյալ բովանդակությամբ.

«Սույն Հավելվածով սահմանված կանոնները տարածվում են «Առևտրի և

ծառայությունների մասին» 2004 թվականի նոյեմբերի 24-ի ՀՀ օրենքով սահմանված հասկացությունների վրա, մասնավորապես՝ առևտրի օբյեկտի, սպառողական ապրանքների շուկայի, գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի շուկայի, կենդանիների շուկայի, շրջիկ առևտրի կետերի, հեղուկ վառելիքի, սեղմված բնական կամ հեղուկացված նավթային գազերի մանրածախ առևտրի կետի, շրջածախ առևտրի, բացօթյա առևտրի, առևտրի իրականացման վայրի, առևտրի կենտրոնի, տոնավաճառի (վերնիսաժի), առևտրի իրականացման վայրի վաճառատեղի, խանութի, կրպակի, վաճառատեղի (վաճառասեղանի) վրա:»:

3) Որոշման Հավելված N 6-ի 4-րդ կետի 1-ին ենթակետը շարադրել հետևյալ

խմբագրությամբ.

«Արգելվում է առանց անհատական պաշտպանության միջոցների՝ դիմակի և

ձեռնոցների հաճախորդների մուտքը առևտրի տարածք և նրանց սպասարկումը:»:

4) Որոշման Հավելված N 10-ի 4-րդ կետը լրացնելով 7-րդ ենթակետով հետևյալ

խմբագրությամբ. «Հաճախորդները բոլոր հնարավոր դեպքերում պարտադիր կրում են դիմակ:»:

5) Որոշման Հավելված N 13-ի «Կանոնավոր և ոչ կանոնավոր ուղևորափոխադրումներ» բաժնում 5-րդ կետի 1-ին ենթակետը շարադրել հետևյալ խմբագրությամբ. «Պարտադիր է կանգառում դիմակ կրելը: Բացառվում է ուղևորների նստեցումը և տրանսպորտային միջոցի սրահում ուղևորների առկայությունն՝ առանց նրանց կողմից անհատական պաշտպանության միջոցների՝ դիմակ և ձեռնոց կրելու»:

6) Որոշման Հավելված N 14-ի 2-րդ կետը շարադրել հետևյալ խմբագրությամբ՝

«Բոլոր աշխատակիցները աշխատավայրում և դրանից դուրս իրենց աշխատանքային պարտականությունները կատարելիս պարտադիր կերպով կրում են դիմակ:»

2. Սույն որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում 2020 թվականի մայիսի 25-ին՝ ժամը 23:59-ին»:
