Իշխող խմբակցության որևէ պատգամավոր կողմ չքվեարկեց ֆորսմաժորային իրադրությունում կոմունալների, վարկային և այլ պարտավորությունների չկատարման համար պատասխանատվությունից ազատելու նախագծին. Է. Մարուքյան

Այսօր մերժվեց ֆորսմաժորային իրադրությունում վարձավճարների, կոմունալների, վարկային եւ այլ պարտավորությունների չկատարման համար պատասխանատվությունից ազատման վերաբերյալ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության առաջարկը: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել և տեսանյութ հրապարակել ԱԺ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Էդմոն Մարուքյանը:

«Քիչ առաջ ՀՀ ԱԺ Պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովում մերժվեց «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության կողմից ներկայացված ՀՀ քաղաքացիական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ և լրացում կատարելու մասին ՀՀ օրենքի նախագիծը, որը միտված էր աջակցել այն անձանց, ովքեր ֆորսմաժորային իրադրությունում չեն կարողանում կատարել իրենց պայմանագրային պարտավորությունները, այդ թվում՝ սահմանված վարկային, վարձակալության, կոմունալ ծառայությունների և այլ պայմանագրերով՝ օրենքով հստակ սահմանելով, որ պայմանագրային պարտավորության խախտման համար անձը ենթակա չէ պատասխանատվության, եթե պարտավորությունը չկատարելը կամ անպատշաճ կատարելն անհաղթահարելի ուժի (ֆորս-մաժորի) ազդեցության հետեւանք է։

Մեր կողմից հիմք է ընդունվել միջազգային առաջավոր փորձը, միաժամանակ նախագիծը կազմվել է ոլորտի երկար տարիների փորձառություն ունեցող նեղ մասնագետների հետ համագործակցությամբ։

Ընդ որում, նախագծի հիմնական զեկուցող Տարոն Սիմոնյանը հայտարարեց, որ պատրաստ է ընդունել իշխող մեծամասնության առաջարկները, եթե այդպիսիք լինեն։ Սակայն հասկանալի պատճառներով առաջարկներ չկային, և հանձնաժողովի այլ պատգամավորների հարցադրումներից կարող ենք միայն եզրակացնել, որ նրանք ցույց են տալիս դատարանի ճանապարհը։

Իշխող խմբակցության որևէ պատգամավոր կողմ չքվեարկեց այս նախագծին»,- գրել է Մարուքյանը։
