«Մեզ ոչ ոք չի կարող ճնշել և վախեցնել». Վարուժան Բաբաջանյանը` Տավուշի իրավիճակի և իր ընտրվելու շանսերի մասին

Ինչպես արդեն հայտնել ենք` «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի Տավուշի մարզային տարածքային ռեյտինգային ցուցակով (թիվ 13 ընտրատարածք) առաջադրվել է մի շարք լրատվամիջոցների խմբագրական խորհրդի նախկին նախագահ, քաղաքագետ Վարուժան Բաբաջանյանը: Վերջինս մեր թղթակցի հետ զրույցում բարձր գնահատեց իր ընտրվելու շանսերը և պնդեց, որ իր պայքարը անձերի դեմ չէ:

Պարոն Բաբաջանյան, ովքեր են մարզում ձեր հիմնական մրցակիցները, և ինչպիսի՞ն է նախընտրական իրավիճակը Տավուշում:

- Իմ պայքարը անձերի դեմ չէ, թեկնածուների շարքում ես լավ ընկերներ ու մտերիմներ ունեմ, մենք քաղաքական պայքար ենք մղում` ծրագրային և համակարգային փոփոխությունների համար: Պարզապես պետք է տարանջատել անցողիկ թեկնածուն այս կամ այն ուժի համար պարզապես ձայներ բերող թեկնածուից և չփոշիացնել ձայները:

Առավել կմանրամասնե՞ք` ինչ ի նկատի ունեք անցողիկ թեկնածու և ձայներ բերող թեկնածու ասելով:

Ակնհայտ է, որ, օրինակ, ՀՀԿ-ի դեպքում ամբողջ վարչական մեքենան աշխատում է մեկ - երկու թեկնածուի օգտին, իսկ մյուս բոլոր թեկնածուները պարզապես առաջադրված են իրենց անձով ՀՀԿ-ին հնարավորինս շատ քվեներ ապահովելու համար: Այսինքն` պետք է հասկանալ, որ որքան էլ տվյալ անձը դրական որակներ ունենա` նրա համար տարվող քարոզարշավը պարզապես ՀՀԿ-ին ձայներ բերելու համար է արվում: Միշտ չէ, որ մարզից պատգամավոր ունենալու հնարավորություն է մեզ ընձեռնվում, հետևաբար այս դեպքում պետք է քվեարկել ֆավորիտների օգտին:

Ակնհայտ է, որ լավ մեկնարկ եք տվել ընտրական մարաթոնին, այս պահին ֆավորիտների շարքում եք: Կարողանալու՞ եք պահել ձեր ձայները և հաղթական հանգրվանի հասցնել:

Ես շրջում եմ մարզի բոլոր համայնքներում, կառույցներ եմ հիմնում, այնուհետև կլինի քարոզարշավը, կհանդիպենք մարզի բնակչությանը, կփորձենք ընդլայնել մեր ընտրողների շրջանակը: Ի վերջո, ես մարզի բնակիչ եմ, Նոյեմբերյանում եմ բնակվում, ինձ այնտեղ ճանաչում են, ինչը հեշտացնում է իմ քարոզարշավը, քանի որ ներկայանալու կարիք չկա:
