Ինչո՞ւ են մարդիկ հիսաթափվում իշխանությունից․ Փաշինյանը թող մեղադրի հենց իրեն

Սուրեն Սուրենյանց-ը գրում է՝

Դեռևս մեկ տարի առաջ դժվար էր պատկերացնել, որ նախկին իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները հեղափոխության թիմին կարող են հասցեագրել կոռուպցիոն մեղադրանքներ։ Այսօր հասարակության զգալի մասը ոչ միայն լսում է Միքայել Մինասյանին, այլ նույնիսկ ժողովրդի մի հատվածը հակված է հավատալ նրա կոռուպցիոն «մերկացումներին»՝ անկախ նրանից, թե նախկին դեսպանի պնդումներն որքանով են ամրապնդված փաստերով։
Ի դեպ, հանուն արդարության՝ իշխանությանը կոռուպացիայի մեջ մեղադրում են ոչ միայն նախկինները, այլ նաև՝ մարդիկ, ովքեր ակտիվ մասնակցություն են ունեցել հեղափոխությանը։
Հանրային կարծիքում, քարոզչական հարթության վրա իշխանությունն ամեն օր պարտվում է, ինչն արտահայտվում է վարկանիշային կորստով։ Սակայն սրա մեղավորը ոչ թե քննադատները կամ իշխանության ընդդիմախոսներն են, այլ հենց ինքը՝ իշխանությունը, որն ամեն օր հետևողականորեն հեռանում է, այսպես ասած, հեղափոխական իդեալներից։
Օրինակ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի կարող «բերաններ փակել» ու շարունակ խոսել այսօրվա Հայաստանի «բացառիկ դեմոկրատական» լինելուց, որովհետև հենց ինքն իրեն շատ հարմարավետ է զգում ավտորիտար կառավարում ենթադրող համակարգում և դրանից հրաժարվելու որևէ մտադրություն չունի։ Խորհրդարանական Հայաստանում խորհրդարանն ամբողջովին «գրպանային» է ու ավելին՝ Փաշինյանը նույնիսկ այս պայմանններում խրախուսում է, երբ մեծամասնությունն անհանդուժող վարքագծով լռեցնում է ընդդիմադիրներին։ Եթե «շմայիսիզմը» շարունակվում է, էլ ի՞նչ հեղափոխություն։
Երբ հասարակ մարդիկ տեսնում են՝ ինչպիսի ագահությամբ են իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներն օգտվում նախկինից ժառանգություն ստացած «էլիտար» արտոնություններից, տեսնում են զորք հիշեցնող «ախրանան» կամ լսում են նախարարների աստղաբաշխական պարգևավճարների մասին, ակամայից հավատում են, որ Փաշինյանի թիմը կարող է ներքաշված լինել նաև կոռուպցիոն սխեմաների մեջ, մանավանդ, որ պաշտոնյա, նախարար լինելու համար հիմա էլ է հարգի «աներձագ» լինելը։
Հարգելի իշխանավորներ, ձեղ մեղադրեք, որ ժողովուրդը ձեզանից հիասթափվել է։ Մարդիկ ոչ թե նոր «հերոսներ» են փնտրում, այլ կորցրել են այն իդելաներին, որոնք երկու տարի առաջ հրապարակներում քննադատում էին «նախկին հանցավորների» բուրժուական կայֆերը, որոնցով այսօր ապրում և զմայլվում են հենց իրենք՝ «հեղափոխական ջոջերը»։
