Երբ մասնավոր լաբորատորիաներն անվճար էին աշխատում, լավն էին, երբ որոշեցին անվճար չաշխատել, Առողջապահության նախարարությունը արգելեց կորոնավիրուսի թեստ իրականացնել. ռեկետի հոտ է գալիս. Հ. Մանասյան

Այն ժամանակ, երբ մասնավոր լաբորատորիաներն անվճար էին աշխատում, լավն էին, համապատասխանում էին ստանդարտներին, երբ որոշեցին, որ այլևս անվճար չեն աշխատելու, Առողջապահության նախարարությունը արգելեց նրանց կորոնավիրուսային վարակի ստուգում իրականացնել: Այս մասին այսօր Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց բժիշկ գաստրոէնտերոլոգ Հայկ Մանասյանը`խոսելով Առողջապահության նախարարության այն որոշման մասին, ըստ որի՝ մասնավոր լաբորատորիաների կողմից կորոնավիրուսային վարակի ստուգումն արգելվում է:

«Սկզբում մասնավոր լաբարատորիաներն աշխատում էին, օգնում էին Առողջապահության նախարարությանը և աշխատում էին անվճար: Առողջապահության նախարարությունը նրանց տալիս էր թեստերը, և նրանք իրականացնում էին աշխատանքները: Նախարարությունը մասնավորապես աշխատում էր «Աստղիկ» բ/կ-ի և «Պրոմ-Տեստ» ախտորոշման լաբորատորիայի հետ: Լաբորատորիաները չէին վճարվում աշխատանքի համար»,- ներկայացրեց նա:

Մանասյանը նշեց, որ նախարարությունը չի մանրամասնել, թե ինչու են լաբորատորիաներն անվճար աշխատում, ըստ նրա՝ ասում էին՝ իրենց հարցրեք: Նա ներկայացրեց, որ իր տեղեկություններով՝ «Պրոմ-Տեստ» ախտորոշման լաբորատորիայից ասել են, որ չեն կարող անվերջ անվճար աշխատել, որից հետո նախարարությունը որոշել է, որ լաբարատորիաները կորոնավիրուսի վարակի ստուգում չեն իրականացնելու:

«Այս ամենից ռեկետի հոտ է գալիս, մարդուն անվճար աշխատեցնում ես, հետո նեղանում ես անվճար չաշխատելու համար ու ընդհանրապես արգելում ես աշխատել: Ըստ իմ հավաստի աղբյուրների՝ մյուս շաբաթ Հայաստան են գալու թեստեր, որոնք 98-99 տոկոս ճշտությամբ ցույց են տալու, թե մարդը տարել է կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդություն, թե՝ ոչ: Այս դեպքում պարտադիր է, որ լաբորատորիաներն ազատ թեստավորեն, որովհետև շատերն են ուզում իմանալ իմունիտետ ունե՞ն, թե ոչ, բայց հնարավոր է, որ սա էլ արգելեն»,- շեշտեց բժիշկը:

Մանասյանը դիտարկմամբ՝ նախարարությունը պետք է այս հարցով պարզաբանում տա: Բժիշկը նաև անդրադարձավ այն խոսակցություններին, որ լաբորատորիաների չաշխատելու որոշումը կապված է թեստերի որակի հետ և ասաց, որ դա չի կարող լաբորատորիաների խնդիրը լինել, քանի որ նախարարությունն է այդ թեստերը նրանց տրամադրել:

«Առողջապահության նախարարությունը հաստատել է, որ մի քանի լաբորատորիաների աշխատանքը համապատասխանում է սահմանված ստանդարտներին: Եթե կան, որ չեն համապատասխանում, կարող եք դրանց աշխատանքն էլ վերահսկել ու մի քանի շաբաթում խնդիրը լուծել, քանի որ կարծիք են հայտնում, որ այս իրավիճակը տարիներ է տևելու: Չի կարելի նման սահմանափակումներ դնել»,- դիմելով Առողջապահության նախարարությանը՝ նշեց Մանասյանը:

Անդրադառնալով այսօր վարակակիրների թվի 351-ով ավելանալուն, բժիշկը շեշտեց, որ սա 1.5 ամիս անիմաստ արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարելու պատճառով է: «Պարզ է դառնում, որ անիմաստ էին այն աշխատանքները, որոնք իրականացնում էին: Առաջին օրվանից ինչ ասել եմ և ինչ սկզբունք, որ առաջ եմ քաշել, մինչև հիմա պահպանվում է, իսկ իրենք չգիտեմ՝ քանի անգամ իրենց մոտեցումները փոփոխեցին ու ոչնչի չհասան»:
