Պարետի նոր որոշումը՝ Արենիում սահմանափակումներ կիրառելու մասին

Պարետի նոր որոշման համաձայն՝ սահմանափակումներ ենմտցվելու Վայոց ձորի մարզի Արենի համայնքում։

«Ղեկավարվելով «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարելու մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2020 թվականի մարտի 16-ի թիվ 298-Ն որոշման հավելվածի 7-րդ կետով՝

1. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Վայոց ձորի մարզի Արենի համայնքի Արենի բնակավայրում կիրառել հետևյալ սահմանափակումները.

ա/ Սահմանել բնակավայրի վարչական սահման մուտք գործելու և վարչական սահմաններից ելք կատարելու հատուկ ռեժիմ` արգելելով անձանց և տրանսպորտային միջոցների մուտքն ու ելքը՝ բացառությամբ առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների, պարագաների, սննդամթերքի, դեղորայքի, վառելիքի մատակարարման, գյուղատնտեսական ու այգեգործական աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու նպատակով անձանց տեղաշարժի և Մ2 միջպետական և դեպի Խաչիկ բնակավայր տանող ճանապարհներով ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտի երթևեկության.

բ/ Սույն կետի «ա» ենթակետով սահմանված Արենի բնակավայր մուտք գործելու սահմանափակումից բացառություն սահմանել մինչև 2020 թվականի մայիսի 17-ը՝ ժամը 08:00-ն, Արենի բնակավայրում մշտական բնակության իրավունք ունեցող կամ փաստացի բնակվող անձանց մուտքի համար.

գ/ «Սույն կետի «ա» ենթակետով սահմանված գյուղատնտեսական և այգեգործական աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու նպատակով անձանց ելքն ու մուտքը թույլատրել միայն

Վայոց ձորի մարզպետարանի ներկայացուցչի կողմից ստորագրված՝ սույն որոշման հավելվածով սահմանված ձևանմուշի առկայության դեպքում.

դ/ «Սույն կետի «ա» ենթակետով սահմանված՝ Մ2 միջպետական և դեպի Խաչիկ բնակավայր տանող ճանապարհներով ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտի երթևեկության վերահսկման նպատակով ՀՀ ոստիկանության կողմից Արենի բնակավայրի ներսում սահմանել վերակարգեր և բացառել երթևեկող տրանսպորտային միջոցների կանգ առնելը

Արենի բնակավայրի վարչական սահմաններում.

ե/ Հատուկ ռեժիմի իրականացումն ապահովելու նպատակով ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության և ՀՀ ոստիկանության կողմից սահմանված վայրերում տեղադրել հատուկ անցակետեր և զննման կետեր՝ Արենի բնակավայրի վարչական տարածք թույլատրվող անձանց ու տրանսպորտային միջոցների զննումն իրականացնելու նպատակով.

2. Սահմանել Արենի բնակավայրում տնտեսական գործունեության տեսակների նկատմամբ կիրառվող ժամանակավոր սահմանափակումները՝ համաձայն Աղյուսակ 1-ի:

3. ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանին, ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության պետ Էդուարդ Մարտիրոսյանին, ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Արման

Սարգսյանին, Վայոց ձորի մարզպետ Արարատ Գրիգորյանին՝ ապահովել սույն որոշման իրականացումը.

4. Սույն որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում 2020 թվականի մայիսի 16-ին՝ ժամը 22:00-ին, և գործում է մինչև 2020 թվականի մայիսի 26-ը՝ ժամը 23։59-ը:
