Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շրջանառության մեջ է դրել եզրույթ, որը ուղղակի հարվածի տակ է դնում ինքնորոշված Արցախի սուբյեկտայնությունը և անվտանգությունը

Արցախի Հանրապետության «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որով անդրադառնում է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերջին ասուլիսի ժամանակ հնչեցված մի քանի խնդրահարույց ձևակերպումներին:

«ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ

Երբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ արցախյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացում ինքն իրավասու չէ ներկայացնել նաև Արցախի իշխանություններին, քանի որ վերջիններիս կողմից նման լիազորություն չունի, մեզ, ինչպես նաև շատերին թվաց, որ այդ հայտարարությունը ամենևին էլ պոպուլիստական տարրեր չի պարունակում, այլ իրերն իրենց անուններով կոչելու լուրջ քաղաքական հայտ է, որին Արցախում երկար են սպասել:

Սակայն ի զարմանքս բոլորին, նույն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հետագայում սկսեց բազմաթիվ իրարամերժ հայտարարություններ անել, որն ամենևին էլ չէր բխում հայկական կողմի շահերից։ Շուրջ մեկ տարի է, ինչպես նաև վերջին մամլո ասուլիսի ընթացքում, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շրջանառության մեջ է դրել «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ընտրված ներկայացուցիչներ» եզրույթը, որը ուղղակի հարվածի տակ է դնում ինքնորոշված Արցախի Հանրապետության սուբյեկտայնությունը և անվտանգությունը:

Այս ամենը էլ ավելի վտանգավոր է դառնում, երբ Ադրբեջանական կողմը ակտիվ շրջանառության մեջ է դնում Ղարաբաղի "ադրբեջանական համայնքի" ներկայացուցիչների գաղափարը, որը արդեն միայն գաղափար չէ, այլ իրականություն, ոմն Գյանջալիևը, ով ներկայացնում է այդ համայնքը, հեռախոսազանգեր և հանդիպումներ է ունենում Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ պետությունների ներկայացուցիչների և դեսպանների հետ, այդ համայնքը մասնակցում է Ադրբեջանի Մեջլիսի ընտրություններին, Գյանջալիևը դառնում է պատգամավոր, այսօր որպես ԵԽԽՎ պատվիրակ է հանդես գալիս։

Պաշտոնական Բաքուն տարիներ շարունակ ջանադրաբար փորձում էր նրանց դարձնել բանակցությունների կողմ և գործոն։ Ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան hակամարտության գոտում անժամկետ հրադադարի մասին պայմանագիրը, որն ուժի մեջ է մտել 1994 թվականի մայիսի 12-ին, ստորագրել են Հայաստանի, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Ադրբեջանի հանրապետությունների ներկայացուցիչները:

Այսինքն, մինչև ԼՂ-ին բանակցային ձևաչափից դուրս մղելը, ԵԱՀԿ 1994 թվականի Բուդապեշտի գագաթաժողովի որոշումն էր, որ բանակցային ձևաչափին պետք է մասնակցեն Հայաստանը, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը և Ադրբեջանը: Առ այսօր, ԼՂ բանակցային գործընթացում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ադրբեջանական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների ներգրավման Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների ցանկությունը չի դառել իրականություն, սակայն ներկայումս Հայաստանի իշխանությունների այս դիրքորոշումը ճանապարհ է բացում Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների այս նպատակի իրականացման համար: ԼՂ բանակցային գործընթացը մեր ազգի վերջին ճակատամարտն է, որտեղ սխալները շատ թանկ են, կորուստները՝ անդառնալի։

Հայաստանի և Արցախի իշխանությունները պետք է առավելագույն պատասխանատվություն, խոհեմություն դրսևորեն, ազգի ողջ ներուժը երկրի միջազգային դիրքի և անվտանգության ծառայեցնելու նպատակով։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի հանրապետության քաղաքական իշխանությունները մեկընդմիշտ պետք է հիշեն, որ Ղարաբաղի հարցը մեր ժողուվուրդը արդեն իսկ լուծվել է և այսօր բանակցային սեղանին Արցախը կարող է ունենալ մեկ հարց, այն է ՝ միջազգային ճանաչում։ Ղարաբաղը այլևս Արցախի Հանրապետություն է՝ ինքնորոշված պետություն»։
